À propos de cet hébergement

Locations de vacances abordables avec une vue d'un million de dollars.

L'unité 1504 du Nautilus est notre chez-soi! Moi-même (propriétaire) et ma fille ont toujours apprécié le Nautilus et nous savons que vous aussi. Notre unité est fraîchement mis à jour avec un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 Queens dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit moderne. La cuisine et les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées en 2014. Mais ce que nous aimons le plus, c’est le balcon ÉNORME! Nous passons tout notre temps là-bas… ma fille y dort même quand il fait chaud! Le Nautilus a lancé un programme de propreté en 2014 afin que vous puissiez être sûr que votre condo est beau et bien tenu. Nous avons même mis en place des duvets afin que vous obteniez des couvertures propres à chaque fois!

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de linge de maison complet, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier, c'est de vous amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, un espace barbecue / pique-nique, un accès WIFI GRATUIT, une aire de lavage de voiture, une promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! De mars à octobre, nous proposons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres d’excellents restaurants, discothèques, magasins, activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Nos unités de condo sont non-fumeurs et The Nautilus est un établissement sans animaux.

Even though we arrived after office hours, we got a parking spot and easy access to our room. The view was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The water was warm and clear. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Fort Walton Beach was family friendly with easy access to everything.

Loved that we had a private balcony just wish it had a fan out there but enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and helpful and we really liked that beach chairs and umbrella were included. Also nice to have an ice chest and other beach things in the condo.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Staff was great in communication before arrival and after departure for our stay at The Nautilus. Unit was very nice with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Unit along with entire property was clean and well maintained. Loved easy access to beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for family vacation.

The room above was being worked on from 8 am until 3 ish. I came to relax take naps and rest.. that was a no due to the drilling or banging right above are bed.

Great location..needs a little TLC

Unit was comfortable and we liked some of the furniture /TVs . It was a bit rough in some areas and needed some TLC. Kitchen has some issues with cabinets, the counter top backsplash was delaminating and coming apart, and the light was out in the refrigerator. The complex elevator was broken off and on during the week and seemed to cause issues with the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the owners should do some off season repairs. Thanks

The only curve ball was the listing said there was a sleeper sofa and there was no bed in the sofa. Not a big deal as there was enough space that we worked around it, but could’ve been a game changer if it was being counted on. The freezer dripped into the refrigerator and made the top shelf a wet mess. We just wiped it up daily and told the front desk. Really enjoyed the toys for the beach and the balcony furniture. Would stay here again.

Beach Vacation

The staff was great at the condo’s. But the owner was remodeling and unit was still not ready at 5pm. We had no internet or cable service from Saturday until about 5pm on Wednesday. Couch was terrible, really small. Cheap I am sure. Owner really needs to spend some money on this unit. The electrical outlets where so old when you plugged something in it would literally fall out of the outlet. The switch controlling the ceiling fan in the living room you had to wiggle up and down and literally leave it in the middle for it to work. The beds and the beach was the best thing there. I would not recommend renting this unit. They want top dollar rental for it and not providing a top notch rental. You can get a lot nicer for the same money.

Condo needs a ton of updates

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front desk was nice and yes the condo had a nice view. But that was about it. The begs all sagged, the shower curtains were rusty, fridge leaked, floors disgustingly dirty, outside patio furniture was dingy, dirty and stained. Cracks in the ceiling and all over the condo. The tv in the master bedroom would shut off randomly and never turn back on. Just not impressed. The whole condo needs updated. Called for service twice on the fridge and no one showed up so it just leaked all over the kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Nautilus and it will not be our last. The reservation and check in process was a breeze. They kept in contact with me over email and text. The condo was absolutely stunning. We ate every meal out on the balcony overlooking the ocean except for the ones where we are out. I loved having two different doors to get onto the balcony. The condo was clean and had more dishes/supplies than any other condo I have ever stayed at. We didn't have any issues while there so I never had to even contact them. I am already ready to go back and I hope I can get this same condo next time. We used the beach service while we were there which comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. There were also beach toys in the closet right by the front door that we were able to use and we even added to it and left some toys for the next people staying there. Hands down the best place we have stayed while visiting Florida. We love how close the condo is to the Okaloosa Island Pier!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first stay at Nautilus. I honestly described this unit as feeling like I'm in a thrift store. The furniture in the bedrooms is from the 1970's or 1980's. It is time to update! The kitchen table is cheap and has damage on its surface. The mirrors are worn down with black showing and they need to be replaced in both bathrooms. One of the master bedroom pillows and a chair in the bedroom had a moldy looking spot, so we didn't use those. I would recommend another unit in this building, but this one needs updated before I would recommend it. Other than all of that, we had a good time shopping, eating, and hanging out on the beach.

Having older parents who wanted to lounge on the balcony in comfort, this was a disappointment when we arrived to find no loungers. Had we known we would have chosen another condo. Other than that the condo was perfect.
