Cette belle 2 chambres a une belle vue non seulement dans le salon, mais aussi dans la chambre principale. La cuisine a les doux tiroirs et Cabinetry avec beaucoup d'espace. Il dispose de 2 fauteuils inclinés dans le salon afin que vous puissiez vous asseoir et regarder la télévision ou simplement profiter de la vue.

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de draps complets, d'une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité et des cuisines entièrement équipées, donc tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier est de s'amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, une aire de pique-nique, un WIFI GRATUIT, un espace de lavage de voiture, une promenade sur la plage et un marché proche à côté! Pendant les mois de mars à octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres de restaurants excellents, de discothèques, de boutiques, d’activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Nos unités de copropriété sont non-fumeurs et The Nautilus est une propriété sans animal domestique.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The condo has not been updated recently but it is still clean and comfortable. The ocean view from balcony was perfect. And the very short walk to the beach was also great!

The room was very nice and as represented in the pictures. The complex is showing its age, but it was a great value for the location. The pool was clean and nice, and the property is right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better view or easier access to the beach. I'm mobility impaired so asked the umbrella guy to set me and my family up as close to the stairs as possible. He did one day, didn't the rest, and made an issue out of putting my family together. Charged us a fee for that. It started out as 40 something dollars a day, then 15. It seemed unseemly, and would probably prevent me from renting multiple rooms here again, but I didn't take off stars for the property because I don't know if he's even associated with them. It definitely affected our stay though. 40 extra dollars a day to put our chairs together is outrageous, especially when I tipped him 100 the first day. Jerk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were extra comfortable!The balcony was private and the views were amazing. We saw dolphins on most mornings when the water was calm. It was such a fun sight! We could have spent most of the vacation just watching them play in the surf, looking out at all the families having fun on the beach, and watching/listening to the waves. Only issue was that a couple of the blinds in the guest bedroom were missing so could see out to the hallway (which means people could see in). We fixed it with a couple of towels hanging down and reported it to the front desk so hopefully it can be taken care of in the near future. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. I appreciated all the texts we received from the Nautilus giving us information about our stay or just checking in to welcome us or see how things were going. I am thankful for our vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!!!
