The communication with Management was outstanding. The only downside of this particular condo was the beds. They were very firm. But that's a personal preference. Would recommend. Can not say enough good things about the Management staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised. We scheduled this trip late and our regular condo was booked. We’ve stayed at the Nautilus before and this unit was available. This condo is a great value for those looking to not spend too much. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion for this unit would be to upgrade the sleeper sofa. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Condo

Great location, good amenities, and steps from the beach. Nice to have an ice maker inside the condo. An added perk is the beach service included. I will definitely return to this property!

Loves this property

I will admit, at first arrival I was hesitant. However, my family and I enjoyed it tremendously!!! Was nice to be away from all the commotion of larger areas, but close enough to them to visit on an evening. The beach was beautiful and WILL be staying at Nautilus again!! If you are looking for a family oriented place, this is it!!

Beautiful waterfront location

Mold in the room. They sprayed for bugs during visit despite the fact that I told them my daughter couldn’t smell the fumes due to the fact of being 7 months pregnant.

Good stay

Unit was clean and check in was smooth. Everything was as advertised and expected. I and my family had a great time. The elevator caused some concern however. More specifically along the lines of life safety. If the buttons are short circuiting then there are other issues going on based on personal inspection experience. My background is in commercial multifamily with heavy experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac lending. MBA inspection certified. RE licensed in Florida and GA.

Nautilus Condo

This is a beautiful condo in an absolutely perfect location. Close to many great restaurants and just steps to the beach and the beautiful ocean. It is well stocked in the kitchen and was kept very clean throughout. Our only complaint was, when we were spending considerable time out on our balcony, the people in the condo below us smoked almost incessantly on their balcony, making it very smoky for us. This was really aggravating and we wish, like other condos in the area we have stayed at, that smoking was prohibited in all areas of the condos. It would’ve made for a perfect vacation. Instead, we had to spend more time inside than we would have liked. Having said that, we highly recommend the condo if you are able to tolerate the smoke better than we were.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful location and view from balcony. Condo was very clean and beautiful decor. Kitchen was well stocked including a nice ice machine! King bed could definitely be more comfortable though unless you like an extremely firm mattress. Also we arrived after closing and left before office opened so never got our parking passes but had no issues with towing or anything so that was fine. Chairs in TV room were extremely comfortable and there were extra pillows and bedding for pullout, although we didn’t need to use the pullout. Also one other note the elevator apparently gets stuck and there is a sign 
but we missed the sign and had to carry a cooler up 4 flights..if you just push the button several times or something it will work but it didn’t that time. Never had another issue with it not working after that but just a note so no one else carries a cooler up stairs.

The condo itself is great, but.....

I hate leaving a bad review, because the condo itself was really nice and had anything/everything you can possibly need for a week stay and the view is to die for!!! Now the bad part...I was not told the condo next door to me would be going under renovations the whole week so I had to listen to saws, drills, hammers, etc. the whole week. Had I known this was going to be going on, I would not have booked the condo. I also had maintenance randomly knock on my door one day which made me very uncomfortable because I had no idea they were coming. I didn't let them in as I was not dressed and I went down to the office to see what they needed and some guy in there said he thought they were spraying for bugs, another thing I was not told they were going to be doing. Also, the bed is hard as a rock, but everyone has their own preference on a bed. The walls were super thin and I could hear everything going on on the side of me and above me so if you are a light sleeper, this one may not be the condo for you. The elevators definitely need some work so if I were a condo owner, I would be talking to management about getting this fixed. Again, I feel bad leaving a negative review because the owners have done a nice job keeping a nice condo, there were just some issues that I had that need to be addressed.

It didn't appear that the housekeepers had swept under the furniture, chairs in the living room, etc. The king bed in the master bedroom was so tell we practically fell out of bed ( I am 5'8" and my husband is 6') I don't know how short people could manage it. But we had a great time.

Dryer didn't work, the maintenance man came up and said that they would have to put in a service call. No dryer for 5 nights. The lock system on the door...TERRIBLE. I was the last one there on departure date. Put in code, showed blue like it would open...I couldn't get in, tried 4 times. Finally on the 5th time I got in. The Kitchen was stocked really well.

I have even begged all of my beach friends to give it a try. They have already booked for September. They have the best staff. Short walk to all of the amenities. Unit was well equipped and very comfortable. I plan on booking again for September. I try to go twice a year.

Reviewer Comments: The checkin process is best around, the customer service is top notch.. this stay we had room 1494 and it was picture perfect, the views from the 4th floor are stunning.. I’m afraid of heights so it’s perfect where I don’t get scared, the large balcony make you feel right at home!! Full kitchens allow me to cook breakfast at sunrise and relax watching the dolphins swim... perfect place to stay

We stayed in a different condo the last time. loved 1404!had everything we needed plus comfortable beds and furniture. The view was just as spectacular, and we enjoyed spending New Year’s Eve on the balcony, watching the fireworks on the pier! Check in was fast and easy, we will definitely stay here again!
