Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We really love the beauty of East Tennessee. We love that our neighborhood is rural. The lot size is large, so we are spread out, and not right next to our neighbors. Everyone is on the lake, so that is a fun shared experience. While driving here, we love that we go past forest land, farm land and Boone Lake. Living and vacationing on the lake is special, and something we always dreamed of.

The lot is large, and bordered on each side by a forest of trees, so you do not see the neighbors. Piney Flats is situated in the middle of the Tri-Cities of East Tennessee. You have quick access to Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport.
