The property was just as pictured, did not disappoint. GREAT location, GREAT view, easy access to the beach and pool. This visit provided the relaxing, romantic beach getaway we needed and were looking for.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was very clean and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. We had the best time relaxing on the beach.

Decent condo

Decent condo, great location. We booked lasy minute so we got lucky with this one. Probably a bit overpriced but that's because of the last minute rental and the time of year. Would definitely Orange Beach again, but book earlier and try a different peoperty.

Gorgeous View and Clean place!

Our trip was relaxing and so much fun! Gorgeous beach view! The room was clean - only had to do light vaccuuming - but overall it was clean. The washer and dryer was a super nice feature we enjoyed! Bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and relaxing. The pool was so much fun after the beach and we learned we could use heated outdoor pool at Phoenix IV next door. For Covid-conscious travelers: Mask rule was not enforced in lobby or the elevators despite signs stating it's required. Would stay here again!

Great Condo

Very clean and well-decorated condo with a great beach view! Only complaint was that there was not a comforter on the bed so it got a little chilly at night sleeping with just a sheet to cover up.

Unfortunate water leak / nothing furnished

There was a dishwasher leak on the floor above us. A company came in to our condo and set up big, loud fans to draw the moisture out of the walls. Had a tube going from machinevin living room to the sink drain in bathroom. Couldnt close the bathroom door, couldnt brush my teeth in the sink because my toothpaste would have covered the tube, couldnt plug in my hair dryer because there was not a free plug outlet. This was a huge inconvenience. I usually stay in Gulf Shores. Decided to try Orange Beach and Phoenix because I wanted a bit more " upscale " experience. The total price for my stay was quite a bit more expensive than my usual condo in Gulf Shores. At least $800 more than what I usually pay. I contacted Brett Robinson. They transfered me to front desk at Phoenix. Front desk let me speak to the manager. Although the manager was a very nice man and understood why I was upset, he said all he could do was give me 15% back of the nightly rate for my stay. I accepted this as it was better than nothing but I still feel I should have been compensated more for the inconvenience. Disappointed in Phoenix and will not be spending my money with them again. Side note: bring everything your going to need for dish washing, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt & pepper, detergent, softner, etc, because the only thing furnished is one roll of TP and a partial roll of paper towels.

This property is lovely! We enjoyed our stay so much. Decorated great and everything is so up-to-date and modern. We really liked the amenities provided in this particular unit. Very, very nice!

Nicely Renovated condo but .....

The condo has been recently renovated and is very nice and clean. Most importantly, the bathroom has been renovated and is nice. My only recommendation is to replace the stove. It is old and the burners are lopsided so things don't cook evenly. The garbage disposal and dryer did not work either and the while the Fridge was new the icemaker did not perform well at all. My final complaint is that there is a $140 cleaning fee, which I don't have a problem with. But, I don't think tenants should be required to wash and put up their own dishes. As a general rule, I always run the dishwasher before I leave, but I think the cleaning service should be responsible for unloading it. My only other suggestion is that the owners of the building should invest more in their common spaces.

Was great except for 2 things. The sliding glass doors have condensation between the glass making it difficult to see the view of the ocean. That's why we stayed in beach front condo to see the ocean. Dryer not working properly. Everything else was nice and comfortable. For myself, would not stay here again because of the of the lack of a view of the ocean from inside the condo. Phoenix 3 is a great place. Would stay there again, just get a different room.
