Our condo combines coastal charm with luxury. The open living area is filled with natural light, creating a space for you to relax and take in the serene surroundings. The concrete fireplace adds warmth and elegance, perfect for cooler evenings, while the ocean-facing windows bring the beach to your doorstep.

Cindy is originally from South Africa and spent years as a flight attendant for Emirates. After a career spent serving travelers around the world, itâs been a joy for her to bring that same level of care and hospitality to our guests here on the Carolina coast.
Jamie has a background in the restaurant business and knows how important it is to make people feel welcome and well taken care of. He called Carolina Beach home for 14 years, so this isnât just a destination to us - itâs personal. Whether youâre here to relax, reconnect, or explore, we want your stay to feel easy, comfortable, and memorable.

We chose this neighborhood because itâs not just a place we love - itâs a place weâve lived. Itâs one of our favorite areas on the island, and it holds a special place in our hearts. Tucked away on the peaceful north end of Carolina Beach, it offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, while still being just a short drive or bike ride away if you want to explore.
This part of the island is known for its scenic walks, peaceful fishing spots, and daily dolphin sightings right from the shore - things we never stopped appreciating during our time living here. Itâs the kind of place where you can truly slow down, soak up the salt air, and reconnect with nature and the people around you.
We feel incredibly blessed to be able to share this special corner of the island with our guests and hope youâll come to love it as much as we do.

A fun fact: we even soundproofed the living room ceiling to help make your stay extra relaxing - because we know that quality rest matters just as much as location.

Whether itâs sipping coffee on the porch while watching for dolphins or curling up by the fireplace after a beach day, this condo was built to make those moments memorable.
