Fully Renovated, Modern New Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, New Bath, New KING Bed in Master, New Queen Murphy Bed, and a Daybed. Everything is New!!! The most amazing View on the Island. Drink your coffee, Eat your Dinner or a glass of wine while Watching the Dolphins, Pelicans and Beach goers from the Large Deck, Fresh Linens, Blankets, quilts, covers and towels provided and All Surfaces, handles, knobs, anything touched cleaned before each stay. NOTE: The building / Unit will be accessed for bug spraying on March 10th, June 9th, July 14th, August 11th, September 8th and December 8th. If your stay is during any of these Dates you must let them into the Unit. This is a Mandatory spray of all units which keeps the bugs away. We want to ensure everyone has a pleasant Stay without any unwanted unexpected Visitors. The spray is non Harmful and safe for Children. It will take less than 3 minutes and they will only be spraying near the perimeter and doors. We appreciate your cooperation.

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is clean and provides essential items. Parking and check in were very easy. They accommodated us with an early check in which was appreciated. The view from the balcony is unmatched and the pool and beach access was perfect! We did not want to leave!! Highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again if in the area.

Great view! Quiet Spot on the beach

Property was very nice, clean, and had a wonderful view of the beach! We loved waking up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beaxh Get Away

This condo was lovely! It was clean and had every amenity we needed. I loved our evenings and mornings on the deck watching the water! The days were spent on the beach with an added bonus of being close enough to run back to the condo if needed. We look forward to coming back!

Truly the Best View on Carolina Beach

Property was exactly as described with a lovely, large lanai where we spent much of our time celebrating our anniversary. Stores and restaurants were close and plentiful. We’d go back in a heartbeat! Owners were easily contacted and quick to respond to our needs. Thanks for.

This is our second stay at this great oceanfront condo. We came back because of easy access to the beautiful beach, the great view of the beach from the large balcony and the generous touches in the condo. Loved the plush king-sized bed and the high quality towels that were provided. We look forward to our next visit.

Great setting to relax and enjoy the beach at your feet. Survived the storm and property manager was more than helpful with details. Quick and helpful response was comforting. Can’t wait to return next year!!!

Wonderful Beachfront Views

Perfect little condo for our family of four! Highly recommend. Great location on Carolina Beach, and you can have breakfast with the waves from the deck. Well furnished and thoughtful hosts who are available and responsive.

GREAT one bedroom right on the beach. Fabulous view of the ocean as well. Well equipped and neat as a pin. Wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our second time staying here. We love the close proximity to the beach, eating in the balcony overlooking the ocean for every meal, and the full kitchen so we can eat simply and more affordably. Both trips have been great for decompressing and disconnecting. We are considering making this an annual trip!

We Purchased the home when we lived in Raleigh. It was our little Piece of Paradise and we love being able to share it with others. We feel it has a better view than almost any restaurant in town. We love to sit on our deck with our coffee, eat dinner or have a glass a wine.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Location of Sea Colony is Perfect. We love the larger decks and the oversized glass sliding doors. Ocean View and sounds are so Peaceful. The view of the Tiki Bar and the proximity. You can walk down the beach to the Boardwalk, Restaurants or shops. We love it here.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Where we are located in the Complex we have the Best view and one of the few Units in the B Building that others cannot look back and see into other units. The unit has been completely updated and renovated.
