Lovely home with all the conveniences of home with a few extras to help make you beach ready. Short walk to the beach, with convient cross walk near a beach/pier entry point. Also, host is very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay here, I'm sure you will as well!

This house was ideal for a week at the beach with our two dogs! The location was prime, the furniture comfortable, and the backyard grassy with plenty of seating. We also really enjoyed the upper porch. Great viewing from above! We had a family lunch one day and it was easy to walk down to the water afterwards with the kids. We would love to come stay again!

This was an amazing home to stay for our weekend in Galveston. Just a few block walk to the beach and a short drive to the Strand for shopping and food! Kids loved the home and super comfy for both adults and kids. Great backyard with amenities and will definitely be staying here again!

This was a great place for our kiddos and pups to relax! It was so nice to be able to bring our two large-breed dogs along with us. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots we needed. There were plenty of beds for two couples and three kids, and the extra room off the master had a day bed that worked great for our ten-year-old to give her some privacy while being close. The downstairs shower had a convenient attachment for rinsing off sand, and the shower had plenty of space to fit a few kiddos in there for a rinse.I will note that the stairs to the two upstairs rooms are very, very steep. I would not recommend these rooms for older folks. The master bedroom downstairs also had no closet or rack for hanging clothes. Not a big deal, but the steep stairs make accessing upstairs closets very inconvenient. There is a spacious dresser downstairs though.Lastly, the home next door is boarded up. The kiddos thought it was fun that we were next to the "haunted house," but it was a bit disconcerting when we first arrived. The neighborhood is nice though, and it is super convenient to walk to the beach, the pier, and numerous restaurants. The Joe's Crabshack with a sandy playground was a 3 minute walk!The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay. Overall, this was a great vacation home!

This was better than expected!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids. I think it states 3 bedrooms, but there was a room between the master and bathroom that the older 2 granddaughters slept in. If was an easy walk to the beach! The kitchen had everything to bake, make dinner, and breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again!
