This stylish 3-bedroom cottage is just steps from the beach in Sunny Beach, one of Galveston`s historic beachfront communities. Unwind on one of the two patio decks after a day of fun, or gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars. Kids will love the close proximity to the beach, while everyone can enjoy the on-site cowboy soaking pool for a relaxing dip. Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn are just a short drive away for even more excitement.

● Location: Sunny Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: 30 second drive or 3 minute walk to the Sunny Beach access point.

● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Step inside Blue Beard`s Cove and feel the stress melt away. The entire home is conveniently located on one level, featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room. After a day of exploring Galveston, sink into the plush couch and share stories about your adventures. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the washer and dryer make packing light a breeze. Tucked away on the same level are 3 bedrooms offering a peaceful retreat for everyone. There’s the master suite with a luxurious king-sized bed. Then a guest bedroom equipped with two queen-sized beds. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Finally the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds which offer a fun and cozy space for anyone to enjoy

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
