Welcome to the "Old House," an elegant 100-square-meter apartment located in an authentic natural stone farmhouse, completely renovated while preserving the original materials.
Just 1 km from the charming and historic village of Penna San Giovanni, this residence is immersed in an area rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. It's the ideal solution for families with children, couples, and your four-legged friends (accepted upon request) seeking true rural relaxation without sacrificing comfort and an authentic experience.
The apartment boasts a private entrance directly from its panoramic terrace on the first floor, equipped with a table, chairs, benches, umbrella, and barbecue. It's perfect for sipping a delicious coffee, enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners while enjoying a pleasant breeze and the sound of birdsong. The terrace also has two gated entrances, allowing you to completely enclose and delimit the area.

In the evening, the warm, soft outdoor lighting, specially designed to allow you to admire the pristine starry sky, allows you to enjoy the view.
The interior decor celebrates true Made in Italy quality, with fine furniture and accessories custom-made by local artisans.
To offer you complete independence, just like at home, the following awaits you: on the first floor, a comfortable and welcoming living room/lounge with a magnificent fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, and all kinds of tableware). The attic floor above features two cool bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets, and a full master bathroom with a large, comfortable shower and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The property, bordered by hedges and fences, houses only two apartments in total, ensuring an intimate, quiet, and exclusive atmosphere. The outdoor parking and swimming pool areas are shared between the two apartments.
A welcoming, well-kept and fully furnished park features a splendid swimming pool with loungers and shaded areas for maximum relaxation under the Marche sun.

To ensure a worry-free stay, the rate includes a complete supply of bed, bathroom, and kitchen linens, as well as all necessary detergents and cleaning products.
Gas consumption for heating, if necessary during the cooler months and upon express request by guests, will be billed based on consumption at the end of the stay.
