We enjoyed every day in and around the house! The house is well equipped and comfy, wonderful garden to relax.
Region is just great for road bicycling (start from the house) and hiking (in the surroundings).
Stunning views, charming and cozy villa, plenty of interesting places to visit. What else you can wish for your vacation? We had great time! Instructions provided by the owner were very helpful.
we stayed in Casa Carina for two weeks and had a great time. The kitchen is perfectly equipped!
The views are stunning.
If you are looking for a quiet and remote house then Casa Carina is perfect for you!
Set in a beautiful garden, the house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped, even the pool towels were supplied. Totally relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed cooling down in the pool each day and watching the fireflies in the evening.
Stunning scenery and beautiful historic towns nearby. Great market in the the local town, San Ginesio, and the shops provided everything we needed.
Place to stay if you want to explore Marche around.
Quiet, pleasant and great views from the garden.
Sunny breakfast in the terrace. We really enjoyed our holiday.
What an amazing place to stay. Gorgeous property with breathtaking scenery
The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you wonât be disappointed with the espressos. Louise, the owner of the house went above and beyond to make us feel really looked after and we really appreciated everything she did for us and the personal touches she has added to the property. It even had a coffee machine which made us very happy đ
A beautiful little house in a lovely location. It was beautifully decorated with everything you could need. One tiny point was that the shutters on the front door were a little swollen and therefore difficult to open. Apart from that it was all great - we had no children with us but loved the giant jenga!
We had a really nice holiday at Casa Carina! We enjoyed the beautiful landscape from the patio, cooled off in the pool and cooked great meals in the well equipped and huge kitchen. You'll find everything you need for a lovely stay in this holiday home.
Louise was amazingly helpful during the booking and in preparation of our holiday! I highly recommend choosing her house for a great holiday!!
So picturesque and we absolutely fell in love with it!
I didnât get time to right in the guest book as I just donât know where our time went but thought I would write to say what an amazing time we had.
As I had mentioned previously we booked the cottage after our hotel in San Ginesio cancelled and we were coming out to get married. The cottage was perfect, so picturesque and we absolutely fell in love with it! We were perfectly located for San Ginesio and everything we needed.
We have already decided we would like to come back next year. We had guests who had come out for the wedding and came to visit and they too have all commented on how beautiful it was.
My 3 year old nephew absolutely loved picking fruit from the garden albeit he would not actually eat it so we got that privilege!
I hope it is okay but we did leave quite a bit of food behind. We did a shop before realising what was already there but found it so helpful that there were things already in the cupboards, fruit and essential things that we forgot or thought we would go without. We thought it would be helpful/nice for whoever was in next to have the other items we had brought rather than throw them away â apologies if this was actually more of an inconvenience than helpful!
There was absolutely nothing that you had not thought of and we had everything we needed.
Thanks again and we cannot wait to come back x x
My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was just the holiday we were after. We had days we didn't leave the villa, just relaxed and enjoyed the calm and beauty of rural Italy. Then other days we ventured out and imbraced the Italian culture. The villa had everything you would need for the whole family, plus all the fresh fruit growing in the garden to gorge yourself with. A car is a must and you must be brave to handle some of the mountains roads.
Thank you for having us.

This home is superb. It is private and secluded, but close enough to San Ginesio, to ensure that you get the true Italian experience.
We stayed for just under a week with my family (2 adults and 2 children) and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The children loved exploring the gardens, swimming in the pool and eating pasta in the courtyard. It was a great place from which to explore the surrounding hilltop towns and coast and felt like a real indulgence. Casa Carina has been lovingly built and the interior is tastefully decorated with art and artefacts from around the countryside. Not only do I highly recommend a stay here, but we very much plan to come back. Thank you, Louise for creating such an idyllic place for others to enjoy!

Simon and I spend most of the year in Edinburgh, Scotland. I own Dickins Edinburgh, a short term letting business, so I'm a holiday letting professional. We love Italy and all things Italian and first discovered and fell in love with Le Marche in 2002, when my mum decided to buy a house there. Little did I know then that I would end up building a little villa there too. Le Marche has been such a joy to discover and all our guests seem to agree.
One trip whilst we were doing up my Mum's villa villa, we turned left instead of our usual right and discovered this little overgrown site with pig sheds, a big garage and just visible through all the overgrowth, a perfect little well. The large garden was full of trees, there was an old, strong vine and something magic in the air. I decided to find out who owned it and if they would be interested in selling.
Sitting at my desk in Edinburgh and hearing that the owners had been found and that they would sell was an exciting moment. Even though I had no idea how I would pay for it, it felt that fate was playing a part and that if I didn't go ahead and buy I would always regret it. I've no regrets now!!
Casa Carina is pretty unique as it is a smaller detached private house with its own large garden and pool. In Le Marche the houses are normally much bigger so most of the two bedroom properties are apartments within a large house. Our nearest neighbour is around 700 metres away and Carina is not overlooked by anyone, so it is completely private. It is in a wonderfully rural location, with the most lovely views over the rolling Italian hills and yet one of Italy's prettiest villages is just 10 minutes away by car. It is so quiet and at night you can hear nightingales singing, or watch the fireflies and see all the stars. Casa Carina is our Italian home and we hope that it feels like a home from home for all our guests who stay there.
