Beautiful Place, Wonderful Owners

We had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at this beautiful home in June. It is a peaceful, uplifting sanctuary, tucked away in a tranquil environment, yet easily accessible to everything you may need, and the towns and villages of the Hamptons. The owners were phenomenal. Highly recommend, and we do plan to return!

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. From the comfortable, high end furnishings to the well equipped kitchen, everything we needed was provided. Niko and Cesar were incredible hosts providing the most welcoming and calming home we have ever visited. They responded quickly to any issues that popped up. Relaxing by the pool or taking a stroll down to the private beach, we absolutely loved our time at this peaceful slice of heaven.

Beautiful home

The house was the perfect size for 2 couples and 2 kids. The house has recently been renovated and has great, large rooms, fixtures, bathrooms, etc. Deck is huge / amazing, and pool was perfect.

Great week in the Hamptons

We had a wonderful trip! The house has all the amenities you need and detailed instructions are available with visuals. The house is high tech so it was helpful to have the information. Location is good but a little tucked away so going anywhere takes 25 min. especially with traffic. Sammy’s beach, however, is walkable and not crowded. Great for a low key day. Upon arrival the alarm went off and was a little frustrating because we couldn’t turn it off and our-hands were filled with luggage, but as soon as we reached the owner it was easily disarmed. After that everything was easy there and we thoroughly enjoyed our time and many of their restaurant recommendations.

Thank you so much and so glad you enjoyed your stay. We always provide a welcome guide with useful information about the house, including how to use the alarm (arm/disarm) as well as TVs, air-conditioning, Sonos, Lights etc.. It's all very simple and easy to follow. The location is in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton (15 minutes to the towns of East Hampton as well as Sag Harbor). Traffic is normally not an issue as the Northwest Woods roads don't get busy, even in July/August. During August Montauk Highway gets the usual Hamptons traffic. We are delighted you enjoyed your time in the house and in the beautiful East Hampton.

WONDERFUL WEEKEND

We arrived at this wonderful home in the afternoon, only to be met by beautiful surroundings . Tucked into the woods, very private, lovely large deck and a great pool. Outdoor furniture for relaxing as well as gathering for meals were well done. We were a family of 4, plus a couple of friends , and there was ample space for all of us. Large open clean kitchen , well equipped for cooking. The living space as well as bathrooms and bedrooms were incredible comfortable. Surrounded by cute towns and plenty of amazing restaurants, we decided to stay in every night. Beaches all around us, but we stayed at the pool. That explains the comfort of this property. However, we did have a couple of beautiful sunsets at Sammy's beach with bonfire and smores. Thank you Niko and Caesar , we hope to be back.

Amazing Retreat

We just spent a fantastic week at this amazing home just outside East Hampton! Niko was extremely responsive and always got back to us right away with any inquiry. This house is so beautifully decorated, but not in a sterile or museum-like way - it was very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could possibly want in the way of kitchen appliances, condiments, coffee, etc. The beds were super comfortable, the pool was a welcome oasis and gathering point and the hot tub was perfect at the end of a busy day running around Montauk, East Hampton and Sag Harbor. The location was ideal; very centrally located and still only ~ a four block walk (through a picturesque, oak-shaded neighborhood) to Sammy’s Beach, which was ideal for a morning run. The woods around the house were teeming with deer, turkeys, and there seems to be a friendly bunny who lives on site. Too many great restaurants and local sights/beaches to list, but all were just a short drive away. Meanwhile, Manhattan is only 2 1/2 hrs away if you’re up for a day trip to the city. Think of this as your modern, pop-art pool home retreat in the woods. If you’re thinking of visiting the Hamptons, you’d be hard pressed to do better than this (and I’m pretty sure you’d never find better hosts). Thank you, Niko and Cesar!

Great house and great location

We just finished our stay at this beautiful house. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The pool and deck is just as pictured and expansive/relaxing. One key thing that I think is worth mentioning, is that we had 3 kids under 4 with us. I know everyone wants to go to the beaches which you can with a day pass. But the bay here, which is only a less than 10 min walk from the house, is actually so much better and more convenient for young children because there are no waves and lots to do! Would definitely recommend this.

Highly recommend!

My family and I spent a week at this house. The house is beautiful- exactly as depicted in the photos and listing. The deck is large and inviting and gets a lot of sun- so the pool was naturally warm. The house was well stocked and clean. Cesar and Niko were super helpful , attentive and very friendly. We would love to come back again! :)

Perfect quick getaway

Beautifully maintained, exactly as described in the listing. Private, secluded, with easy access to grocery and restaurants. We stayed in the entire visit and cooked and enjoyed being together. It’s the perfect house for that kind of small, intimate gathering.

We had a great stay at this house! House was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of room. Great location with only a less then 10 min drive to the town of east hampton. The pool and deck is great for hanging out and swimming. The owners were very quick with responding to any questions we had.

HOUSE EXCEEDED OUR EXPERTATIONS

We arrived and were delighted with the exterior look of the home ...when we entered the house the living room/dining room were classic modern and beautifully decorated with super art work and all windows/doors to the outdoor grill, pool area etc. We spent 10 days and loved this house. We have rented several houses from VRBO and this was the best so far. The owners were great and always available to answer any questions we had. We are ready to book again next year. Michael

Perfect Hamptons Getaway

Great house in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach. The house is very well maintained and the attention to detail is impressive. The secluded pool/deck area is what really sets this property apart. The pool is huge (and heated) and the deck is large enough to accommodate a family of any size. The owners are friendly and very attentive. My family and I would absolutely want to return again!

Modern home with lots of personality!

We had such an amazing time at the house. We loved the open airy space inside and out. Each part of the house had its own personality and Sonos speakers. The outside deck was inviting and comfortable. It was cool and breezy for a couple of days so it was nice to be able to heat the pool. The outdoor shower was also a nice added touch. We all appreciated the artwork too. I saw my 3 year old son stare at a picture for 5 minutes and for him to stay still that long is a miracle. The house was great fun for adults and kids. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for opening up your home to us! We will definitely be back!

Paradise Out East

We’re still flying high from the most magical two weeks spent in Niko and Cesar’s stunning East Hampton home, a home even more beautiful than the lovely (and accurate) pictures on VRBO. Many rental houses are adequate enough, but this house is an actual home, lovingly and tastefully curated by its wonderful owners whose fantastic energy fills the house. Niko and Cesar clearly love this house themselves (and for good reason!!), and their thoughtfulness and attention to detail are evident at every turn. The house is pristine, minimal yet joyful, and the perfect size for a small family, with a large master bedroom suite, a slightly smaller bedroom, and a TV room on the ground floor that is convertible into a third bedroom. The magic continues to the dreamy pool area outside. Northwest Harbor is heavily wooded, and while the deck receives heavenly direct sunshine throughout the day, the house is completely secluded from other homes and the street by an abundance of trees. Lying on the beautiful weathered wood deck, you feel as if you are in a treehouse—incredibly calming and comforting. The pandemic meant that we cooked all our meals at the house, and the kitchen plus outside grill were just what we needed, as were the dining tables inside and out on the deck. Town is a ten-minute drive away, but closer (and more alluring) are the beautiful uncrowded roadways that meander in and out of the woods and along the placid bay. We bicycled every day in the gorgeous shade of Northwest Harbor, usually ending up at Sammy’s beach, just a few minutes away. Niko remained the consummate host from afar. We had a few questions and, of course, a few mishaps, but Niko was always instantly responsive. It was clear that he wanted us to have the very best time and not to worry about anything, and he played a role that was almost more of a concierge than that of the house’s rightful owner. By the end of our two weeks, we felt like we were leaving a five-star spa retreat!! We reluctantly handed the house back to Niko and Cesar at the end of our stay, but look forward to renting it again, the highest compliment we can offer!

Great family getaway .

This beautiful, clean, modern home was just the perfect way for our family (of 5) to unwind. Our kids loved the pool, eating meals outside, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house to isn't far from town to go out for pizza and ice cream. The owners were available and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location, in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in Southampton, LI. The home owners (Niko and Cesar ) were very helpful in providing us a tour of the place along with a PowerPoint presentation of the amenities, along with a list of places to shop and eat out! They were both very warm and welcoming. My family and friends spent 4 amazing days (8/16 - 8/19) in this beautiful luxurious home. HomeAway's description and pictures of this house are true, but they still don't depict its beauty and warmth. The design is mordern, fresh and clean. Plenty of room and open space. There are sliding doors all around the living area so you can enjoy the view of the pool and the lounging area. Even on a rainy day you can enjoy watching the rain drops on the pool and the trees surrounding the house. The beach is a walking distance away, my friends walked there at sun set and took amazing pictures! The pool was clean and spacious, we spent most of our time there. The kitchen provided all state of the art appliances, and all the tools needed to prepare our meals. We could not have asked for anything better. It was hard to pack up and come home. We will definitely return sometime in the future, maybe even the same time next year! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone who plans to spend time in East Hampton, NY.
