Ce paradis de l'île barrière est à quelques minutes du centre-ville historique de Charleston en Caroline du Sud et est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se détendre dans une merveilleuse communauté privée bordée par l'océan Atlantique.

Entièrement rénovée en 2014, cette spacieuse villa de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est à quelques pas de la piscine et de l'océan, et à côté des boutiques et des restaurants du Grand Pavillon. Great Vacation Location!

Beautiful condo on the water with excellent ocean views from the balcony and upstairs bedroom. Everything you would need was provided. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Wonderful!

We love staying at your condo. This is our second time there. Its a very well maintained condo with all the amenities. We had a really nice, relaxing time. The grounds are well kept also. We enjoyed biking and tennis and beach time. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful condo. Great location!

Very nice condo. We had 2 couples so we would have preferred queen or king beds in 2nd bedroom instead of 2 twin beds. Well stocked kitchen. Very attractive decor. Balcony had view of pool and beach. Would stay here again.

Great Place

Most of the stay was great! I would definitely stay here again, but would appreciate basics such as salt, pepper, paper towels (more than 1 roll), and additional laundry detergent. Having to buy these and leave them there is wasteful.

the place was very nice, but need to let people know they have 30 steps to get to the door. not for older people.

Spring Break

We visited with our 2 and 4 year old children and had a blast. The space was perfect and very well maintained. We loved the close proximity to the beach and were able to easily and quickly get back and forth through the day. The view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom is gorgeous. We also enjoyed the walk-ability to a few Wild Dunes restaurants/market. Isle of Palms is such a family friendly beach and area and this villa was a great home base. We hope to make a trip back again one day soon!

Perfect Location!

Beautiful place for two couples as one room was on the upstairs unit and one was on the lower level so gave us privacy. We could see the beach from our balcony and watch a thunderstorm come in was magnificent. The pathways through the complex are perfect for running, walking, or biking. The golf course is only 1/8th of a mile away and fun to play but bring balls as advised to not reach into the brush as there are gators in the area.

Good location, but...

The resort itself was very nice, everything was close to our condo. Condo had great access to the beach and pool. Our condo was ok, but dated. There were two large holes in the drywall upstairs, a cabinet door was falling off, and the utility room door came off. All said, I would recommend, but our condo unit was a bit pricey given it's issues.

These items, like the drywall and doors, were repaired right away, and we have some GREAT NEWS! The villa has undergone additional upgrades and renovations in 2022 and 2023, including new flooring, new bathroom vanities, new HVAC system and more! We’d love to have you back to visit to see it!

GORGEOUS Ocean View Seagrove Villa - Just Perect!

We had a amazing time! Could not say enough about the villa and are planning on coming back next year for sure! We had a perfect week weather wise, 2nd week of September 80's and sunny every day. Pool was right out the door as well as beach. Villa had everything we could need. Beds were comfy and felt right at home. Clean and very welcoming. Was so nice to get up and head to beach within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Furnishings were perfect. Easy check-in and check-out. Just Perfect! 5 Stars for sure. Only thing that would have put it over the top if they supplied a few beach chairs, it was $70 a day to rent 4 chairs and umbrella, so we spent most of our lounging at the pool which was nice and long walks at the beach. Would highly recommend.

Family Fall Break

Property was exactly as advertised. All directions for checking in and out were clear and received far in advance. Condo was lovely! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and beach! Highly recommend this rental!!!

Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located in Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. Our party of 4 consisted of two couples. There was so much space to spread out and both couples loved having their own king sized bed. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom on the 2nd floor is awesome. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts in. Living room was cozy and bathrooms neat and clean. We most certainly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and loved our walks along the beach. The location was in good proximity to many restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Charleston. We will for sure recommend this property to others and hope to come back again some day.

Great Place on the Beach!

We had a wonderful week with friends staying in 9C. The accomodations were exactly as advertised, Sweetgrass Properties were super easy to work with. The only issue were the stairs to the unit. I'd book again in the future.
