This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.

âą For security purposes only there are 5 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), one monitoring the courtyard (including the hot tub), and one monitoring the rooftop.
âą There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
