The Breakers. Vues à couper le souffle! Profitez d'un lever de soleil étonnant sur l'océan tout en buvant votre café sur le pont. Odez les beignets dans la matinée et l'océan tout au long de la nuit. Écoutez les vagues s'écraser de votre lit. Tellement près, vous pouvez aller à la maison de la plage pour le déjeuner ou même utiliser la salle de bain. Peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes avec deux chambres (chacune avec un lit queen) et un repaire (avec un futon). Garage 2 voitures.

Wonderful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this OC property. We’ve been coming to Ocean City for years and this property is high on the list of places we’ve stayed. It is superbly located on the boardwalk on the North End. Very clean and comfortable and the owner is very nice and responsive. We would definitely consider a return trip.

Convenient and Relaxing Beach Rental

The location of this property is perfect for a family beach vacation in Ocean City, New Jersey. The beach is just steps away and the property boasts beautiful views of the ocean from its balconies. An easy walk to the bustling excitement of the boardwalk keeps everyone entertained. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with a very easy check in pricess as well.

Location, location, location

Location of this property was outstanding. Had the ocean as backdrop noise since the weather was cool enough to have doors open. Only negative about property was it was a little dated and a lot of stairs!

Gorgeous view but we had issues

The initial listing was not clear enough that the renter had to bring their own bed sheets, bath towels, paper towels etc. This was not made clear until we received the check in email. By that time, the reservation could not be cancelled. We flew in to town and did not have room to bring linens and towels in our suitcase and had to bother family in the area for help and then had to drive out of our way to pick them up. When I asked for clarification the host response was, “you can rent them”. Never heard of a VRBO that did not supply sheets! Our flight was delayed and we wound up arriving at 2 am and couldn’t go to sleep until we made our beds. Very frustrating. When we did arrive the kitchen floor was very sticky. Everything else was ok and the view was gorgeous.

Beautiful view!!

The place was magnificent, the views from both balconies were wonderful. The house was very clean and the owner is very responsive. It’s a much larger place than we assumed, we had 4 adults and 2 children here for the week and never had any issues.

Bunnies on the dune were fun to watch

Location of the property is awesome. Walking distance to most everything. We enjoyed walking on the beach in the evening and watching the bunnies on the dune in the morning and evening. Lots of bunnies. We had a relaxing enjoyable time.

Second visit to this property

We vacationed at this property in July 2022 and most recently in August 2023. You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the boardwalk making trips to the beach easy. It’s also right between Brown’s and Oves Restaurants which are both convenient for breakfast. The house itself is very accommodating. We really like having two master bedrooms (perfect for two couples), laundry room, and two-car garage. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Very convenient location, beach entrance right outside door. Very nice home. Only issues, very hot in master bedroom-need ceiling fan. Also only one TV. Owners were responsive on dishwasher issue.

Quiet location with easy accessibility to beach and boardwalk

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It offers the best of everything you are looking for. It sits close to the start of the boardwalk so more on the quiet end, and is super accessible to both the beach and the boardwalk. Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom so it is very nice for two couples or a family. A shower, toilet, and laundry area on the first floor is very convenient. A two car garage makes it easy to come and go. Finally, sitting on either of the two ocean facing balconies is very peaceful. Thanks for allowing us in your home. We would love to return!

Beach access is great, all else just OK

The view from the condo and access to be beach are amazing - just walk right over the boardwalk and you’re there (no Wonder Wheelie needed), and we loved watching all the birds and bunnies in the dunes out front. The condo itself was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. The kitchen is sparsely stocked so if you are planning on cooking a lot of meals, you may be a bit challenged. While the living and main bedrooms look freshly painted and the living room furniture looks new, the rest of the place is in need of some TLC. There are obvious signs of wear throughout, though the layout is great and it has a lot of potential.

Great view and access to the beach and boardwalk

Plus side. The garage and view are the best. The place is bright and clean and modern. This is our second rental of this unit. We will come back. Minus side. The screen door leading to the main deck needs maintenance. Sand and corrosion in the tracks. It would be nice to have a TV in the downstairs den. There was no screen door for the upstairs deck. Blankets for beds for fall visitors would be nice. The windows were not as clean as they should have been.

Fantastic views and easy access to OCNJ boardwalk & beach. Loved ity

We just spent 3 nights at Melissa's condo and it was very nice. Melissa was easy to reach and accommodating.The views of the ocean and beach views were spectacular. One great thing we did not take into account until we got there was how the condo sits about 50 ft from the boardwalk. This gives you a little privacy when sitting on one of the two balconies. At the quiet end of the boardwalk but an easy walk to Brown's donuts and the other attractions on the boards. The lower level access has fridge, powder room and shower. Very nice if you have to come up from the beach and you don't want to head up stairs or track sand through the condo. Very comfortable sitting area and the dining room table is set up about 6 inches form the living room providing a clear view of the beach. Bedrooms are good size and comfortable with their own bathrooms.Lying in bed you listen and look at the ocean. Hard to beat. Finally, the garage has plenty of storage for two cars, or one with bikes and other beach chairs. R& D May 2018

Needs Updating

While we loved OC, the rental was not what we were expecting. The location can’t be beat though and there is ample closet space and it was nice to have a garage. The house was outdated, moldy showers, very hot bedrooms, and overall bare bones rental. There are no ceiling fans, no blankets, no pillows, towel hook is hanging off in master bath. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows but had to go buy fans because the two bedrooms were extremely hot and not comfortable to sleep. The master bed is sinking in the middle. Definitely needs a paint update throughout! There is just no love from the owners at this rental.

Spacious, Stunning Condo -- View, Location, Layout, Decor

For us, it was foggy for the first two days, so when the fog lifted, it was like an unveiling of a stunning piece of live photography right before our eyes. The view from the master bedroom, especially, is not an exaggeration. The fabulous north Boardwalk location is not an exaggeration either. The most enjoyable view and the convenient Ocean City location could not have been better. In addition, the condo is well laid out and very spacious. We were two people, but clearly the maximum number of people allowed would be quite doable with two ensuite queen bedrooms and an additional room with a sofa bed and powder room. There are actually four bathrooms in this condo as there is a really nice laundry room with a shower and bathroom at the entry level from the beach or garage. The two car garage was very handy as it rained a few times during our stay as well. Also, of note, the condo has a one-person jacuzzi tub, an electric fireplace, and a total of three balconies providing a nice selection of outdoor space. The condo feels just right. Thank you for hosting. We hope to stay again sometime.

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for our family of four to gather before sending the youngest off to college. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our bed looking out over the ocean every morning, biking the boardwalk and lots of beach time. My husband was able to work a few hours every morning and join us on the beach in the afternoon. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for us!

We know OC quite well and enjoy the North End more than ever these days. My elderly parent shuffled right out the front door and up on the boards for their walk. The property was spacious and had a BR on every floor which was a game changer for my Dad. Thank you Melissa! Love to come back in the Fall.
