Superbe emplacement au 870 Third Street, 1er étage. Ceci est une toute nouvelle maison de plage Ocean City située sur un bloc de plage au nord. Personnalisé construit pour mélanger l'ancien et le nouveau. Aucun détail n'a été oublié. Cuisine incroyable avec des finitions haut de gamme. Superbes armoires blanches et planchers de bois franc. Lumineux et aéré. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir! Il s'agit d'un 3 chambres, 2 unités de bain avec parking dans la rue.

Commencez votre journĂ©e par une promenade le long du trottoir, arrĂȘtez-vous pour prendre un cafĂ© et des beignets de gĂąteaux tout frais cuits au four chez Browns. Profitez d'une promenade facile jusqu'Ă  la plage, revenez Ă  la maison et rincez-vous dans la douche extĂ©rieure et profitez de la soirĂ©e sur le grand porche. C'est parfait pour parler, manger et se dĂ©tendre. Tout est Ă  distance de marche de notre maison - promenade, terrains de jeux, courts de tennis et magasins. Perfect location. All as listed. Our hosts put us in touch with the company that supplies the linens for the beds, and towels for both beach and bathrooms. Very clean easy to get too. Excellent hosts and very happy. Definitely would recommend.

Incredible Location

Great off-season stay. House was exactly as described and location could not be beat - nice quiet street but so close to the boardwalk and beach. The large front porch was our favorite place to relax.

Outstanding week in Ocean City

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. Very clean and well equipped. It was great to have beach chairs for us and beach toys for our granddaughter. Just a short walk to the beach! We ate nearly all our meals on the front porch. Garage parking was a real plus. We highly recommend this house!

We never stayed at this end of the beach. We were really pleased with the location. The home we were able to enjoy met our expectations. Clean and close to all we were interested in.

the house is nice. the living room furniture and master bedroom bed should be taken to the dump. be careful the ice machine jambs and may not shut off. bring your own sharp knives and floor mat for when you exit the tub and shower

OC Getaway

This is our 4th occassion to stay at Melissa's place. It is a perfect location, well maintained and decorated, very accommadating to our every need. Melissa and Shawn are very responsive and quick to communicate. We've enjoyed all of our stays.....with the grandkids and without.

Wonderful house and location

This is our second year in a row renting this house. We couldn’t be more pleased. Location is great for us, a few steps to the beach and Boardwalk yet far enough from all the noise. House is very clean upon arrival w/ all the amenities we needed. Our family is looking forward to future trips rent this house.

great long weekend golf trip

Lovely home! We used this beautiful new home as our base for our weekend golf trip. Great location - close to the boardwalk for an easy morning walk. The house has a nice porch for evening cocktails and golf tall tales. We'll definitely look to rent this home on our next NJ Shore golf trip.

Vacation Delight

We had a wonderful time at this facility. The photos accurately depicted the property. The information and directions for locating and accessing the building were spot on. We were very impressed with how quickly the property management responded to our questions. Great location near the beach and close to the golf courses we visited.

Fantastic week

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property was very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location with easy access to the beach and boardwalk but also on a quieter street. There was always something to do for both the adults and kids. We really enjoyed spending time on the front porch as well. Owners were very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

I couldn't have enjoyed my stay here any more than I did. This house is serene, bright, so comfortable and immaculate. The front porch is amazing and the perfect spot to curl up with a book. The owner/family are very attentive. This was the perfect place for what I needed and hope to come back and make this a yearly tradition for myself.

Spectacular

Perfectly located, clean, bright and still has that new house smell! Melissa is super responsive to any need, no matter how small. This is our 2nd time renting and they continue to make small upgrades which helps keep the property as a top tier rental. We will definitely rent again!

Excellent shore house

Went for a long weekend in May with my family. We’ve rented in OCNJ every summer for my entire life, and this house has some of the highest end finishes we’ve seen. Nice layout, modern, and comfortable. No cleanliness issues whatsoever. Host was communicative and proactively let us know about some maintenance people stopping by. Great selection of games and activities for a rainy day.

Great Vacation!

This house was the perfect size for us, 6 adults and one 6 year old. We appreciated the double vanities in each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. I did bring my own paper towels, toilet paper, dish cloth and dish towel. We did run out of garbage bags so I had to buy some. We aren’t fans of the foam mattresses, but that’s obviously a personal preference. I would suggest room darkening curtains in all the bedrooms (the primary has them). Or bring some temporary ones if you are a light sleeper. The porch was awesome. The neighborhood was super quiet. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you for having us.

Charming beach getaway, steps from the boardwalk

We are a family of five, with three small kids. This was the perfect, and perfectly convenient spot for a quiet Spring Break getaway. Pros: Steps from the boardwalk / beach, open floor plan with spacious living and kitchen/dining areas, beautiful front porch for gathering and relaxing, and lots of garage space to stash surfboards and beach gear. Coffee and ice cream are right around the corner. Things to note (esp. if traveling with kids): Minimal / sheer coverage on the upstairs bedroom and bathroom windows, high barstool seating around the kitchen table, and this listing is bring-your-own towels / linens. We look forward to booking a future stay!

Lovely, bright apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful first floor apartment in the north end. It was great to have use of the garage to leave all the beach gear. The bathrooms were very clean and having the double sink vanities in both bathrooms was a plus. Nice front porch, though we did not use much as it was fairly cool. There were a few kitchen and cleaning tools that I thought should've been there- I emailed the owner after and she said they were added. Overall, I would recommend this place

Great little house in a great location

Overall this house is great. We have minor recommendations for improvement and by no means should they deter someone from considering booking in the future. 1. The gasket in the front load washing machine was black/moldy. As a result, it smelled. 2. Consider placing TVs in the bedrooms- especially the master. 3. The master bed was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. We are not overweight (and I am under 5 ft.) so it couldn't be due to our size.

Great Beach Week

Loved our stay at this property. House was super clean, decor was lovely and liked the overall layout (nice that the rooms were up a couple steps and in the back so never heard people stirring). Loved the location - super close to the beach so easy to hop back for lunch. Great for the kids (and adults 😃) to walk/bike to the boards, get ice cream, go to town, tennis courts, coffee shop/restaurants, ect
 Overall the house was well equipped (games, puzzles, and most kitchen stuff, plus with kcup and drip coffee maker. And a really nice touch they have beach tags! A couple of things to note; there’s no grill (we brought a portable, but neighbors are so nice we used theirs), glassware is sparse (there’s plastic cups, but only 4 wine glasses and no other real glassware - we’re cocktail people so like a nice rocks glass, tumbler, ect. We used the jelly jar in the glass cabinet 😂. A non-stick pan and a large pot (large enough for awesome Jersey corn and steaming clams) would be good additions for the kitchen. Also, mattress are nice new memory foam, very comfortable, but it’s memory foam pillows too. We always bring our own pillows so no big deal for us). Only point these things out to help packing. I’d definitely rent here and hope to come back next year!

We know ocean city well and we have stayed in numerous properties in the north end. This was one of the best. Very clean, great location and a huge porch. The owners were very responsive and we would definitely consider coming back.

We bought the lovely old house that used to sit on this property in 2009 with my parents John and Diane. We've always wanted a house in Ocean City. My grandparents and aunt and uncle live on the island year round. Growing up right off the island, we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Unfortunately, the house succumbed to the tides in Super Storm Sandy and we had to tear down the house. We were devastated. We loved the charm of the old house. So, we worked very closely with the architect to make sure we were able to design a new house that was still full of the character of the old house.

The 2nd floor is not rented out, our family uses it. We look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you!
