Experience The Apple Tree Lodge Unit 1, a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment right on the lake! This rental sleeps 6. A separate unit can be combined. Unit 2 includes; a king bed, a kitchen, bath, plus rooms!

The space
Beachfront Level-Apt. 1 — Relax as you enter into the spacious Great Room, which features panoramic views of the lake. There is a newly renovated queen bedroom with skylights and amazing lake views. The living room in addition to a full size day bed, features a large sectional sofa, wireless internet, HD TV, as well as a lakeside Gazebo for enjoying meals al fresco. The large wrap-around deck is equipped with a barbecue, hammock, and deck chairs for your lakeside enjoyment.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and fully supplied to accommodate all of your cooking, serving and coffee needs. The is a large drip coffee maker and a small 1 cup keurig coffee machine.

The separate dining room and large table offers ample seating for glorious Adirondack dining experiences. An extra room can be used for an office or den.

The main floor also features the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and lake views. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms on this floor.

OUTDOOR SPACES — A large sandy beach is equipped with chairs and a fire pit (perfect for s’mores!). You can gaze at the stars and listen to the sounds of nature on our patio-furniture or lovely hammock. You will have the freedom to swim and use our 3 kayaks that you can launch from our private shores. We also have a portable outdoor shower to rinse off after lake fun. We do not however have a boat dock, although renters can arrange docking with our neighbors for a fee.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION — The property is ideally located in town, on the west shore of 9-mile long Schroon Lake. Stroll to dining, shopping, movies, and the Schroon Lake Boathouse, which features a summer concert series. Town maintained tennis/basketball courts, playground, and community beach are an added bonus.

Guest access
Guests will have 2 free parking spots in our driveway and exclusive access – with a private separate entrance – to the downstairs apartment of the main house. **We occupy the top-level apartment and will share the beach rarely when we are present (which is about 50% of summer days).**
Other things to note
This is truly a magical place. It's no wonder why the late Patrice Munsel, an opera legend, once called this her country home.

**ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, EITHER IN THE RENTAL OR ON THE PROPERTY. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. PLEASE ABIDE BY THIS RULE, WE APPRECIATE IT! We also never permit smoking within our rental property.

**THE BEACH WILL ONLY BE SHARED WITH GUESTS
OCCUPYING THE STUDIO APARTMENT IF RENTED.

**IMPORTANT NOTE- There are two sets of stairs leading to the rental and the beach with a landing in between. There are approximately 35 steps in total. It is not a steep staircase, but please be aware of this when booking, especially if older guests will be occupying the rental.
