On top of all this, it's VERY CLOSE to everything adventure related in the area!

Needleseye Park, ACE Adventure Resort , New River Gorge National Park and Bridge Walk, Adventures on the Gorge. Quick access to charming downtown Fayetteville and several restaurants and coffee shop options.

Sip your morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the large yard, grill out, or gather around the fire pit and hanging lights after a day of adventure. Our expansive backyard is made for memorable moments, and outdoor games such as corn hole and bocce are provided!

Three beautifully furnished bedrooms offer everything you need to rest and recharge.
* Master bedroom has a queen bed and a peaceful working station
* Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
* Bedroom 3 has a daybed with a trundle and a pack n play available in the closet
* All bedrooms have comfortable, premium mattresses and premium bedding
* The couch is double width and very comfortable to sleep on
* Twin air mattress available for extra sleeping options

Two full bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.

**Parking**
The private driveway easily fits 2 vehicles.

**Guest Access**
The entire home is yours to enjoy—no shared spaces. You’ll receive a unique keypad entry code prior to check-in. Codes are changed between every stay for your security.

We have a top-notch cleaning team dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we take great pride in ensuring the home is thoroughly cleaned and spotless for your arrival.

Located in a cozy West Virginia neighborhood, the home has no neighbors to the right and a large yard that makes you feel like you aren't in a neighborhood, making it perfect for relaxing evenings by the grill or fire pit. Please be mindful of our peaceful surroundings and the quiet charm of the area (and families). Enjoy the sounds of nature, and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our wonderful neighbors.


The home also includes high-speed internet and a camera at the front and back entrances (no indoor cameras).
