This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront non- air-conditioned condo at Menehune Shores is the perfect Maui escape! Located on the peaceful ground floor, this unit offers easy walk-out access to a calm, sandy beach—just 75 steps away—and unobstructed views of the ocean, swaying palms, and neighboring islands. Wake up to this stunning view right from the master bed, and enjoy Maui’s dramatic sunsets and whale sightings (in season) from your private lanai.

Inside, the condo features a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need for relaxed island dining. Ceiling fans in each room and natural cross-ventilation provide cooling tropical breezes throughout the day. The unit also includes an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. With one king bed, one queen bed, and a twin bed, it’s the ideal setup for families or two couples.

The private lanai opens directly onto grassy oceanfront slopes and a serene beach that feels wonderfully secluded—perfect for morning walks, snorkeling, or simply unwinding by the sea. Menehune Shores is ideally located in quiet North Kihei, just 20 minutes from the airport and close to shopping, dining, and island adventures. Despite the devastating August 2023 fires in West Maui, our South Kihei condo was untouched and remains a peaceful haven where you can relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories.

Just perfection

Genuinely, a few steps over a lovely lawn to a flawless and uncrowded beach, pool just three minutes walk around the curve of the building. Property is immaculately maintained and the condo (especially the kitchen) was well equipped, including beach towels, pool toys and laundry pods. We’ll be back.

This was a great stop after vacationing in Kona. The Condo was close to the beach and in the center looking out over the ocean and beyond. We enjoyed our stay.

Paradise

This condo was outstanding. The view from the terrace is like a postcard, fantastic sunsets. The condo is clean and bright and very nicely laid out and decorated. You can even see the beach laying the bed in the master bedroom. You can walk on the beach for miles. The area gets windy in the afternoon till Sunset, so best time to hang out is morning and evening.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

This condo was a perfect fit for our growing family. The unit was spotless and the hosts were very friendly and reachable. Also the close access to the grass and beach made it very convient for vacationing with a toddler. Can't wait to come back and visit soon!

We loved everything about our stay! Pool and beaches were perfect for our 5 year old daughter. Condo was well equipped. Very much appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and toys. It really is steps from the beach. A perfect setting for a morning coffee! We cant wait to go back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. This ground floor apartment has a lanai that lead straight onto manicured lawn - to the left was a sandy beach; to the right was the pool and the Fish Pond. Great choices.

Wonderful condo

Very comfortable condo and lovely location right on the beach. Condo was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. We made good use of lawn chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys! Malinee responded quickly to any concerns. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the Lanai

First visit to Maui with my wife and two adult children, had a wonderful stay, most enjoyment was coffee in the morning sitting on the Lanai (quiet and beautiful). Loved the location, not nearly as many people as on the west side of the island. Central location close to everything. Would love to come back and visit again. Thank you.

Great Condo

We spent two weeks at this great condo, end of January and first of February 2016. The condo was perfect for two couples. The scenery was great and excellent access to the beach which we would walk every day. It was the perfect place to relax when we weren't on excursions. Shopping and restaurants were close by. We enjoyed every minute in the paradise of Maui. We would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to come back ourselves someday.

Amazing ocean front condo with gracious hosts

I can't say enough nice things about this condo. The location is perfect for getting around town and there are great restaurants nearby as well. More importantly the beach is just a stone's throw away. Gorgeous sandy beaches are just down the path from this ocean view condo, with a huge rooftop grilling area complete with an amazing view. I'll definitely be coming back in years to come.

Beautiful Spot - PERFECT for kids

We had an incredible time staying in Menehune 121. With two toddlers, the ground floor unit was perfect. We could open up the sliding door and the kids could play on the grass. The shallow protected swim area was awesome for them - they could play in the water without fear of being swept up by big waves. We saw 5-12 turtles out on the beach and the rocks EVERY DAY! HIGHLY recommend.

Great location and wonderful stay

We certainly we NOT disappointed with the views from the condo. We arrived to nice 'treats' in the fridge and the condo was very clean. We utilized all the beach equipment provided and was very much appreciated. The hospitality of Hope was amazing. She checked in with us once we arrived and several days into our vacation. The location of the condo on the main floor was a complete bonus for airflow and views. Also the location of the property was only minutes from the various shops and other beaches.

Comfortable stay!

It is so good to stay at a place that doesn't add stress to your vacation!-- This place was very comfortable, no worries, no concerns, all was there and in working order. Beau was quick to answer and address any questions we had. Just an all around great stay. We feel this unit was perfectly situated. We could easily view the ocean/beach and beautiful palm trees from this ground floor unit. LOTS of privacy. We seldom had anyone walk by our unit. Excellent stay.
