Had a wonderful stay! For a first time family trip to the beach, I was pretty happy about the location, price, rooms, etc. Though probably one of the older and small condo towers, it was charming and more on the family side/quiet side which is was we were aiming for. Plus, there is more space to get a spot at the beach compared to other places relative to the people in the vicinity. Nicely decorated, beach vibes for sure, overall clean and comfortable.Obviously a beach vacation, but checking beds there was still sand once we arrived. I get it, but I hate sleeping in it. Also, not having extra trash bags or toilet paper is a bummer and something that’s been available other rentals I’ve had in the past. Although a small expense, if I’m responsible for taking trash, provide at least a couple extra bags. The only real thing is the couch, sitting down with a sunburn on that thing…no thanks. Other than those things, it was priced well for what we got, would return but maybe one of the large size condos as the kids get older and taller.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Very clean and everything was exactly as described. The view and the location was amazing! We loved the closed in patio - we spent a lot of time out there with the doors opened just watching the waves. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place in Gulf Shores.

Convenient location

There were four ladies at this condominium, it was everything we had hoped it would be… Beautifully decorated, very clean ,comfortable and very conveniently located to the beach, supplied with everything we needed, could’ve had a couple more rolls of toilet paper, but the market was just down the street… We would very much consider coming back to the same unit. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the water while having our coffee in the mornings..

Great location!

Our location was perfect and we enjoyed being right on the beach! We spent alot of time relaxing on the balcony. The only reason I gave 4 stars for our check in process was because we were unclear as to where the outside lock box was located when we first arrived. However the property manager responded in a timely manner and we were able to gain access within 10 minutes.

We will absolutely stay here again with Luna Beach Properties! Check in and out was very simple and well described. We had one issue thoroughout our stay, the air conditioner went out during the hottest week of the summer. I messaged the host, Terri and she had a service man out within hours! You could tell she was doing her very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She kept us in the loop and the problem was resolved quickly. Excellent property managers! Nice place for a getaway

Overall we enjoyed this condo. However, the condo could have been cleaned a bit better in a few spots including sand on the floors when we arrived and some hairs on the sheets. Also the bed in the master was extremely squeaky and the other bedroom was very loud with elevator noises all night long. Overall these things didn’t damper our vacation too much, just something to note for future guest. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and well stocked. The location was great and the check in process was very easy.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

What a great vacation!

Nice property. Parking was super-tight. Condo should have had a hair dryer. Might need more information on the enclosed balconies - that was new to all of us. Departure Information was a little confusing as the rental agreement I signed asked us to to more than the information left in the unit and the “set the thermostat to” temps were not the same. One of the two elevators being out of service was inconvenient - not sure if it was a planned replacement or an unfortunately timed repair job. Overall a nice vacation - rental was decorated very cute, property management company did a good job.

Rae, Thank you for your excellent, 5 star review of your stay with us in this great property. We are so happy to know you enjoyed your stay despite the few items mentioned in your review. We are working now to have an updated manual, loaded with information, regarding necessary items involving each unit. We hope this will eliminate some of the confusion you experienced during your recent stay. We hope to have the manuals in place by next peak season. Thank you again for the awesome review! We hope you will return and be our guest again soon. Be sure to mention the discount that we will apply to all of your future bookings. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
