Ce condo au 5ème étage est directement sur les plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique, le salon et la chambre principale s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon en bord de mer donnant sur l'océan et la piscine.
Il propose 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, canapé-lit dans le salon, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité avec Internet sans fil, plat satellite et lecteurs DVD dans chaque chambre.
Magnifiquement décoré pour des vacances apaisantes et relaxantes.
Un peu moins de 1 mile à l'ouest de l'autoroute 59 et à une courte distance de marche des restaurants locaux et des magasins.

Great Beach Getaway

Perfect location right on the beach, close to dozens of restaurants and shops, just far enough away from everything though that noise isn't an issue. Clean and well taken care of. If you're flying and not bringing much stuff, a trip to Walmart will be needed, no beach stuff and very little provided (no coffee, 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom)

Great location, easy access right next to the elevator. Having one of the 2 pools on property heated was great for evening swims! The condo was clean, there is however a slight mildow smell to the condo.

Beautiful stay in Gulf shores

We had a great time at this condo. The pictures were accurate and being right on the beach was perfect! The property owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. We had a small issue with a tricky sliding door during our stay and she called and walked us through how to correct within just a few minutes. Only one of the pools was heated and neither of the hot tubs were heated during our stay so the one heated pool stayed pretty busy as it was accommodating both buildings. The property owner did let us know ahead of time about the one heated pool ahead of time so we knew what we were getting. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and look forward to future stays!

All the thoughtful touches

The property owner made this condo feel more like a home than a condo. Decorated softly without the overwhelming tacky beach theme. Little touches like soft throw blankets, extra shelves in the bathrooms, and a sweet little guestbook. Very cozy.

We had a great time. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean. It was right at the elevator so we just stepped out and be right there. The only thing I would do to condo is get some black out curtains for bedrooms for people who like to be in a dark room.

Five night stay. Hostess Melody provided great communication. No issues with getting in the condo. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Decor not overly 'beachy', but not needed since the beach is right outside the door. Only issue was the stench of pot coming from neighboring balconies but than can happen anywhere... Overall excellent location, close to restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely return next year.

Great location, terrible condo

When we checked in the condo was not clean. Melody tried to accommodate us. The location of the condo was fantastic being right on the beach, however the walls were very thin. This condo is also located right outside the elevator and you can hear everyone talking. The amount of space in the condo was great for our family of four and we enjoyed the balcony the most, seeing lots of dolphins. The appliances are rental grade or less. The toaster doesn't work, the dishwasher is rusty, but the biggest issue I had was the mattresses. The king mattress was the worst mattress I've slept on in probably 30 years. It was a spring mattress that sounded like something you would put on a fold out sofa bed. If you want to sleep on your trip, don't book this condo. The bathrooms looked nice but the toilet in the kids room wouldn't flush most of the time and would continue running most of the night. We could hear every other condo flush their toilet and hear them through the vents. The pool/ hot tub wasn't heated. Going in march that was part of the reason we booked this condo knowing the gulf would be colder. The kitchen had a good amount of items to cook with but one wash cloth and one hand towel that were very warn. The oven also didn't heat well and didn't cook food properly. It looks nice, but if you can't sleep or use the appliances why not find another condo with the same location that treats it more than a "rental".

Cozy condo to rent!

We adored our stay here! Melody is an amazing host, was super quick to reply and work with. We had all the amenities we needed here. The location was wonderful!! Quick and easy beach access, 5th floor, never any lines for elevator when we visited in Aug. The view was gorgeous, comfy beds, we felt right at home here and we would def rent here again! Our family had the best week when we rented. Thank you Melody!

Excellent beachfront property

We were here for softball nationals for my daughter. The location was very convenient to the fields and the property was quiet for good rest. We enjoyed walking out of the building to the pool and white sand beach. The inside of the condo was very comfortable with all the comforts needed. The stylish tile Showers were amazing after hot days at the ballpark. The washer/dryer in the unit is excellent. I spent many hours on the balcony relaxing watching the ocean and listening to the waves. Highly recommend. Owner is very communicative.

Missouri is a great place to live and raise a family, we own a "mom and pop" floor covering and Benjamin Moore paint store, all 4 of our children have worked with us at different times through out the years.
God and family are very important to us and we believe in nurturing the seeds that you sow.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

David and I have vacationed many times in Gulf Shores and I have dreamed of owning our own condo on the beach, this dream came true in December of 2018, it is an ongoing labor of love working on updating and remodeling the unit to make it as comfortable and relaxing as we possibly can, you just never know what changes there might be from one stay to the next.
We have made many memories with our 4 kids here in Gulf Shores and now they are making memories with their kids, spending time without stress, worry and work while enjoying our kids and grand babies makes this place perfect.

Watch the kids play in the pool while you relax on the balcony or sit in a lounger by the pool side. Walk the white sandy beaches and hunt for sea shells or just set and listen to the waves.
Want to cook out on the grills and play a little frisbee, there is a beautiful grassy lawn to do just that. Surfside Shore offers 2 pool areas, East and West pools with 1 being heated in the winter and early spring so you can enjoy the pool all year round.
