This place was a great choice for our honeymoon in Ithaca. My husband wanted something within walking distance of the commons, and I wanted a washer and dryer. This place was very clean and comfortable and the host was a great communicator. If you're looking for a luxury stay and a very convenient location, this is the place for you.

Wonderful stay and experience! Yuan was responsive and very helpful. The property was clean, updated, and in a great location. We really appreciated the extras of having the high chair and pack n play there.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. It’s a great location, close to Cornell campus and restaurant’s. Looking forward to our third stay in the spring.

My family had a great stay at this property in Ithaca. The correspondence with the owner was excellent, the suite was very clean, and only a few minutes walk to Ithaca Commons. Overall 5 stars.

We stayed here while touring Ithaca college. This home is in a convenient location in town, with off street parking. Nice residential area, a few blocks from Ithaca Commons. Home was clean, and beds were firm but comfortable. Good communication from host - Yuan checked in with us the first day to make sure everything was going well.

Great place, very clean and easy to get to. Easy to reach the host. The place is pet friendly. However, if you have an older dog, the stairs to the top floor are narrow and steep. One bedroom did not have an AC, but we put the fan on, put the AC on in the sitting room and left that bedroom door open to cool off the room. Great location, would definitely stay there again. Easy access to so many state parks and waterfalls. Very close to Cornell University, Ithaca college and SUNY Cortland as well.

A true urban retreat!

We loved staying here! The space is gorgeously designed with modern touches and local art. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to restaurants, brewpubs and the Commons. Our host was responsive and considerate. We hope to stay here again next time!

The apartment is lovely, clean, and in a great location. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were high quality. The bathroom is huge, updated and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked but does not have an oven. Loved the artwork on the walls. It’s clear the owner takes pride in providing a great experience.

This was an amazing property. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, high quality linens and very convenient to downtown. Please note: there is no oven. We didn't need it this visit, but just wanted to point that out. All appliances were high quality and seemed brand new.We will definitely stay here again when in Ithaca.

Quick Start of Summer trip.

Wanted to kick the summer off with some great hikes of the waterfalls around Ithaca with the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops to start and end the day. This property was exactly what we needed. A short walk to Ithaca commons, and a short drive from all the various waterfalls that we wanted to see.The property was well maintained, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.
