Secluded and tucked away on 36 private acres, with hiking trails, a small pond, views of the train, a hot tub, a fire pit, a nice gazebo to relax in, and most importantly, peace & quiet. With 5 queen beds and 2 twin beds spread across 4 cozy bedrooms, guests can enjoy a tranquil night's sleep. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need to make amazing meals for you and your loved ones. Whether you're looking to relax in the peaceful surroundings or explore the area, this unique cabin is the perfect retreat for your getaway. We look forward to hosting you at Fox Creek Lodge!

Shenandoah Elopement

We stayed at Fox Creek Lodge with our parents and son to celebrate our Shenandoah elopement. We had a great time. The cabin was perfect - they had thought of everything. The property was beautiful. Close enough to everything that it didn’t feel like a chore, but far enough away that you get peace! Perfect long weekend spot.

Paradise

Absolutely beautiful piece of paradise. Was fun and relaxing walking the trails every day. The Train was an added bonus and fun to watch. Will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is spacious and has a wonderful common area. We loved staying up talking by the fire and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots. We had a really lovely visit and I hope we can come back again.

Love Fox Creek Lodge!

This is our second time staying with Fox Creek Lodge and we enjoyed it thoroughly. This year we were able to use the nice outdoor pavilion as well as enjoyed a couple hours at the riverside location. This lodge suited our needs perfectly.

Another stay in paradise FoxCreek

We have stayed at Foxcreek multiple times now . Every stay there is perfect . This year there was the new hot tub!!! It’s the ultimate house to stay for relaxation !! The owners are friendly and very helpful . Highly recommend

We love coming to Fox Creek Lodge.

Chris' lodge is a great place to come and relax but with enough activities close enough to keep everyone entertained. We love the quiet and peacefulness of the property and enjoy rafting on the Shenandoah River.

Another lovely Thanksgiving at Fox Creek.

There's something magical about Fox Creek. The property is beautiful and private. The cabin is super-comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. My kids and grandkids love it and say it feels like home. We love to watch the trains, and the new hot tub is great! We've already booked for next Thanksgiving tub is great

Perfect Secluded Christmas!My family all live in different states. We chose Fox Creek to meet and spend Christmas together.We had 9 of us and a pet. If you love private, secluded and rustic
.THIS IS THE HOUSE FOR YOU! We had hoped for snow but had cool comfortable temperatures instead, perfect for outdoors & fires inside I absolutely LOVED every rustic feel of this home. We had a great time, and the host Chris is amazing! He communicated so well and is Super nice. He also went above for us. He put a Christmas tree up for us, so Santa could come by for my grandsons, he left us fresh herbs from his mother’s garden to use and some sweet treats! This home is incredibly stocked for all your needs. My grandsons loved their ‘secret’ loft beds and their own little living room upstairs in one of the lofts. I definitely will come back here, not only for the beautiful home but for the wonderful experience of interacting with him alone! I am a bit of a phobe on staying in clean places and we have zero complaints here. Even while in the hot tub, I looked and the jets were sparkling clean! Points to mention for others considering this home
 These are not complaints at all, just things some may want to know before hand. All bedrooms are upstairs if you should have anyone who struggles with steps. The gravel driveway has a sharp, inclining turn/curve that made my one daughter nervous but the rest of us were fine. Thank you Chris for having us!

Fox Creek Lodge is nestled on 36 acres filled with hiking trails, birdsongs and the beauty of nature. Guests also love watching the train go by from the comfort of the front porch or balcony. The hot tub is always nice to relax and after a long day of adventure or before you start your day. The fire pit brings people together to create memories and roast marshmallows. The gazebo out back is nice for conversations or birdwatching, with or without a cocktail. Guests who stay at Fox Creek Lodge always leave with amazing memories to reminisce upon for many years to come!
