We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We take great pride in maintaining the property and providing a high-quality stay for our guests. The home underwent a full renovation just two years ago, including the kitchen and both bathrooms, so all major appliances and fixtures are relatively new. We also have documented cleaning procedures in place, including time-stamped photos from our cleaning team after each hot tub service, and the hot tub was clean and clear prior to your arrival. That said, our biggest goal is always to resolve concerns while guests are still in the home. Whenever an issue arises, we encourage guests to contact us right away so we have the opportunity to address it immediately. Whether it's cleaning, maintenance, or anything else affecting the stay, we're committed to making it right as quickly as possible. We're disappointed to hear that these concerns impacted your experience, and we wish we had the opportunity to address them during your stay.

Jeff, thank you for your detailed feedback. We wish you had reached out during your stay to let us know about the cleanliness issues — we would have been happy to send our team right away to make things right. We’ll be sure to review this with our cleaners so it doesn’t happen again. As for the driveway, we do call out in our listing that it is steep and on gravel. Many of our guests navigate it without issue, but we always recommend four-wheel drive for extra peace of mind — especially in inclement weather. Regarding the home itself, we actually invested significantly in full kitchen and bathroom remodels, so we were surprised and disappointed to hear you felt the finishes were “cheap.” We recognize the home isn’t enormous, but we try to present it honestly through our photos and description, and many guests have found it cozy and comfortable. We’re glad you enjoyed the outdoor space, hot tub, and décor, and we appreciate you pointing out areas where we can improve.
