The property is accessible with your four digit door code. As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We may also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or up to $500 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.

POOL INFORMATION
(may be heated in the cooler months for a fee)
Enjoy a warm and inviting swim no matter the season! The temperature can reach approximately 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. So if it’s 55°F outside, the pool can be between 70-75°F. Let us know when booking if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

No breakable dishes outdoors. Please only use paper or plastic goods, & only use the pool towels.

Please note that the pool area is not fenced off. Do not leave anyone unattended.
