We’re very sorry the neighbor dogs disrupted your stay. Unfortunately, this is something outside of our direct control since the dogs are not on our property, but we did speak with the neighbor after your feedback to address the issue and help minimize future disturbances. Each time you reached out, we promptly sent our maintenance team to the home to investigate and assist, including on occasions when it was the middle of the night. We never wanted you to feel that your concerns were being ignored, and we were always willing to help. Our maintenance team inspected the concerns that were reported at the time, and many of the conditions described in the review were not found or confirmed during those visits. We understand, however, that your experience and perception of the home may have been different. We genuinely appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, as guest feedback gives us an opportunity to continue improving.
