The property was not clean upon arrival and required us to clean it ourselves. Bathrooms had wet and dirty bath mats, kitchen utensils were not clean, and the backyard was poorly maintained. The only items that appeared clean were the towels.Several amenities were not functioning properly. The main lock is broken, one washing machine is rusted and dirty, one dryer does not work, and some remotes were missing batteries or not working. The Wi-Fi information provided was incorrect, and the instructions on the website were unclear.The family entertainment room had no instructions and required manually connecting and disconnecting an exposed HDMI cable just to switch between streaming and regular TV, which is not guest-friendly.On the day of check-in, we were asked to pay an additional 400 to heat the pool. This fee was not disclosed in the listing, which advertises the home as having a pool and hot tub. We were not at the property yet to make an informed decision, and the timing felt pressured. We did not end up using the pool. It is very deep, has no depth markings, and no shallow area suitable for children, which made it feel unsafe for our group.We raised concerns with the property administrator during our stay, but there was little effort to address the issues or make amends.
