Great property. Wonderful outdoor space and plenty of room inside. Sunsets were beautiful to watch from the backyard and great location for early morning hikes. Genevieve, the host was responsive, helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great spot for Family Wknd at SDSU. We had all the amenities at the house for a comfortable stay and reprieve from the heat. Plenty of space, great outdoor area. House was clean and spacious. 5 min drive to campus.

Absolutely incredible accommodation. Beautiful yard, pool, sitting areas. Host is wonderful and responds to any questions immediately. She will give you suggestions for food, entertainment and activities! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was really nice, well equipped and clean! The host was very helpful, sending videos explaining how to operate the pool cover/heating, the sauna. Our toddler enjoyed the slide, trampoline, and all the toys! And we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evening.

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip for 10 people and everyone could not stop complimenting the home and accommodations. Genevieve was amazing from beginning to end! Answering all my questions prior to booking, anything that came up during the visit, and leaving. The house is gorgeous and the perfect place to host an all adult large party. Beds were so comfortable, clean, plentiful! Only a 20 minute drive to get to the coast. Best location for the amount of space and price. The backyard is stunning! Gorgeous view with plenty of lawn space and breathtaking pool and spa. Picture perfect aesthetic too. Highly recommend as the perfect vacation getaway home!

This is a GREAT place to stay! The host is very responsive, and the property has been well thought out, providing resort-like amenities. It is about 15 minutes from the airport (which is great if you have an early morning flight), and the neighborhood where this property is located is very quiet; something we did not expect would be the case given the proximity to the city. The Simple Coffee House is less than a 5 minute drive, and for those who love In-N-Out Burger, there is one less than 15 minutes away. For those wanting to explore the coastal parts of Southern California (i.e. Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Del Mar, etc.) but who would prefer to retreat to a quiet oasis thereafter, this property will not disappoint!

Amazing house and location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and so well stocked — we especially appreciated all the beach equipment that made our outings so easy. The pool was amazing and perfect for both kids and adults, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. There was plenty of space for the kids to play, and picking fresh lemons from the delicious lemon tree was such a treat. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful home with tons of amenities that is well-maintained and well-stocked. The pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing. The outdoor area is like a resort. Beds are clean and comfy. Tons of seating for large parties. Family room couch is huge and extremely comfortable for lounging. TVs are modern and huge. Tons of toys and supplies for little kids if you need them. If you're considering this house you should definitely book it. I wish all rental properties were run with the care and attention to detail that this one is.

We spent four wonderful nights at this beautiful home and would give it 10 stars if we could!From the thoughtful welcome basket and extra toiletries to the fully stocked kitchen, it was clear the host had thought of every detail. The home had everything we needed—including coffee, seasonings, laundry supplies, beach towels, and even little extras like hair ties and floss picks. We especially loved picking fresh limes from the backyard trees!The backyard truly feels like a private resort. Our family of 10 spent most of our time enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and breathtaking sunset views. There was plenty of seating and lounge chairs for everyone, making it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together.Inside, the home was just as impressive. The beds were comfortable, the living room was cozy (especially that couch), the bathrooms were beautifully decorated, and having two washers and dryers was incredibly convenient for our large group.The location was also great, with grocery stores just a few minutes away.This trip came at a time when our family needed it most after experiencing two unexpected losses. This home provided a peaceful, beautiful place for us to reconnect, share memories, laugh, and begin to heal. We are so grateful for the care and attention the host put into every detail. We're already planning our next family gathering and hope to stay here again!

My family stays in VRBOs 2-3 times a year. This house was great. The kids loved the yard and the pool. It was cozy and clean. One thing that stood out was the bathrooms had containers with rubber bands, Q tips and cotton rounds. And the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s just the little details that make a difference. Genevieve was super responsive with directions on how to open the pool. I had a question about the hot tub, and got a super quick and helpful answer. Otherwise everything was straight forward and easy. Loved the trip overall. Would recommend to friends, and would stay here again
