Come home to roost at Pelican Perch, a gorgeous vacation rental home in Beachside Village thatâs all about easygoing vibes, elevated comfort, and plenty of space for your beach crew to spread out and unwind. This multi-level getaway blends style and fun with gorgeous indoor spaces, multiple decks for Gulf breezes, and a game-packed garage area thatâs sure to be a hit with guests of all ages.
Pelican Perch has all the touches of home, plus the conveniences of a guest-centric beach house. Pull into the private driveway, unpack, settle in, and let the stress melt away.
Inside, the main floor greets you with bright, open living spaces and tons of natural light streaming in through a wall of windows. The spacious sectional is the perfect place to kick back for a movie night or plan your dayâs beach adventures. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and a breakfast bar thatâs perfect for morning coffee or evening appetizers. The dining area seats eight, making it easy to gather for meals. This level also includes a king bedroom with a private sitting area, TV, and direct deck access, as well as a shared Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the hallway. A laundry area and a large covered deck round out this floor.
Head upstairs and you'll find two more beautiful bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and access to a covered deck. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, and a spa-style en suite with a soaking tub and large walk-in showerâjust the thing after a sun-soaked day. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, along with more outdoor space to enjoy the breeze.
At the very top, the loft offers a fun hideaway for younger guests or extra sleepers with two twin bunks, a sitting area, a TV, and a collection of board games for those rare rainy beach days or quiet evenings in.
Downstairs, the garage is more than just storageâitâs a bonus hangout zone with a pool table, ping pong, yard games, and a stash of beach gear ready for action. The adjacent finished patio and charcoal grill make it easy to keep the fun going outdoors.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if thereâs anything you need!
