An awesome house, host, and location. It’s about as close as you can get to town without feeling like you’re right downtown. 2 minute walk from the bakery, beach adjacent, and on a quiet loop road.We will be staying here again! Our kids didn’t want to leave.

This was a very cozy place and the surrounding area has plenty of trails and most everything is just a short walk away. The nearby restaurants had pretty good food and the grocery store made for great stay in meals when we wanted to stay in.

We had the best time in this sweet home! The privacy of backing up to the wooded area was so nice and proximity to shopping and the beach was top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it fit our family so perfectly! We didn’t want to leave and will for sure return at some point in the coming years. Sweet memories were made and we are so thankful!

A lovely 4 day trip with 3 ladies in their 60s. A few more stairs than we care for but that’s not Larissa’s fault. There was an issue with a missing TV remote but we found we didn’t really need the noise of TV anyway. Since we’re all 5’5 and under, some kitchen items were a little difficult to reach. The kitchen is well stocked, even coffee and a grinder for fresh morning coffee. Easy walk intotown and to the beach trail.

A lovely little house in a picturesque little town. This place had everything we needed for the trip. Fully equipped with everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. made the stay so very easy! Grocery store, restaurants, and beach are all a very short walk away. Great place in Seabrook. Would definitely recommend!!!

We loved staying in this bright, comfortable and clean home! It seems they thought of everything that could be needed. They were kind and responsive. Being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was great.

Our stay at Seascape was excellent! The home was immaculately clean. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor was adorable. The kitchen was well stocked and I found everything I needed. No detail was overlooked- from the board games to the reading lights in each bed to the dishes for your jewelry on the dressers. I felt like I was at home. We had a problem communicating through VRBO, and the support chat was not helpful at all. Larissa was getting our messages, but we were not receiving her responses. As soon as we asked Larissa to text us directly, and not through VRBO, everything was great! She was very helpful and responded immediately. This was the best STR experience we have had and will definitely stay at Larissa’s properties in the future!

The rooms were clean, but would have been nice to have coffee grounds to make coffee. Downstairs bathroom was very small and the shower there was hard to use. The kitchen burners got very hot even when they were turned to low. Other than that everything was comfortable and the location was great. We had a nice stay. Thank you.

Seascape is a jewel on a quiet lane. It is nestled in the forest yet less than a five minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops, and just a few minutes walk further to the beach. The house is immaculate and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Anything you might need in the kitchen is right there. Host communication is excellent. Seascape will be our first choice next time we visit Seabrook.

Excellent property very close to Seabrook town center. Just a short walk and you are on the beach. Well decorated, peaceful, cosy and clean, Several nice touches for a rental - easy check in and check out. Highly recommend for a getaway in this lovely oceanside community! We loved it!

This is a very cozy home and was perfect for our family to get away to for a long weekend. It’s extremely clean, nicely decorated and while we only cooked there one evening, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils (bring your own spices, olive oil, etc. though because that is not provided). The host did provide popcorn which we enjoyed as we played Scrabble one evening. Lots of board games! Very short walk to the market and to local restaurants. We found this location was perfect for exploring, hiking and a visit to Quinalt Lodge, beach walks and a car trip to see beautiful Ruby Beach. We also enjoyed casual dining at Surfhouse Pub, and pizza at Frontager Pizza, and a happy hour at Rising Tide Tavern. Would recommend this for a quiet getaway at this time of year. We seemed to have Seabrook to ourselves! Also, easy to access and the host was very available throughout the visit. Would definitely return.
