Bungalow maison de plage, 10 personnes, à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage.

Bungalow entièrement approvisionné juste blocs de la plage avec une vue depuis le balcon du deuxième étage. Dort dix. Deux chambres à l'étage avec salle de bain complète et une chambre à l'étage principal avec salle de bain complète attenante. Le salon est ouvert sur la cuisine et la salle à manger. Cour arrière clôturée avec foyer. Beaucoup de salle de coude pour tout le monde.

Profitez de promenades le long de la plage, construisez un château de sable ou simplement vous asseoir et écouter les vagues. Seabrook est moins d'un mile away avec des magasins, des restaurants ou faire du bowling à la base navale récemment rénové. Conveince magasin à travers la rue et café chéri un pâté de maisons. House is located near the beach and easy walking distance. Love the large table for eating with a group of 9, with extra room. Will be back next year

Another great weekend at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay, once again. We love being a walkable distance to the beach so we can easily get down there with the kids. We will be back!

Perfect beach stay

This is our 3rd stay at this beach house and our family loves it! It is roomy and close to the beach and nice having our pets with us. It also looks like they recently painted and updated the house. We loved the smores bar as an added touch. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Family Beach House

Great place for a family gathering! This is not a luxury property, but beachy and fun - perfect for our getaway. It is well stocked and was friendly feeling from the moment we walked in the door. We loved it!

I grew up spending my summers in pacific beach and this house was perfect for bringing my own kids to. They love that area and this house was perfect for our family of 6!

Nice place to stay.

The house is well furnished with linens and kitchen wares. Very short walk to huge sandy beach. Little store right across the street. Highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.

Another great stay!!! (2nd year for Mother's Day!)

Home away from home. We love everything about this home and hope to come back later in the year when hopefully (fingers crossed) the weather may be warmer. This place is so comfy and welcoming and we love Pacific Beach! It's an authentic beach town (wink-wink) and its awesome!

Our new happy place

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (which includes 2 toddlers that get into everything!) There were toys, games, tv and plenty of room to run. The fenced in yard was also perfect for our pups. We hope to make it an annual trip! We also love the proximity to the beach and quiet town.

Beach get away

We had an amazing long weekend at this cute rental. Spacious, stocked with games and books, and the beach is a five minute or so walk. Well stocked kitchen . Plus our dog had a great time. We would definitely return. Great memories and our host got back to us immediately when we had a question about checkout . So glad we stayed here.

So homely - in the British sense!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this spacious and very comfortable house! The kitchen is well equipped, as are the bathrooms, and the property is well maintained. We loved the use of collected things throughout - from building materials to mixing bowls like great grandma used to have! It suits our collective “style” and our sense of feeling at home very well. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your delightful home away from home!

Great place!

Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay at your beach home. The place was perfect for our first family vacation. Loved the very close walk to the beach. Home was very cozy. Lots of family games. Made s’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Fenced yard was great for the pups. Will definitely recommend to other family and friends. Thanks again!!

Fun family ocean trip

We have always camped so this was our first time staying in a house (and using Vrbo). We were pleasantly surprised! House had plenty of room for my husband, 4 year old daughter and I plus grandparents plus dogs! Daughter was thrilled with kid nook play area, ping pong was fantastic, beds were comfy and fenced yard was great for the dogs! Loved the decor of this house! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our group and furry friends. The beds were comfortable. There really isn’t much of a view but the beach is just a couple blocks away. The host was great to work with and I would only suggest maybe some instructions somewhere with WIfi information and hooking up the tv info.. We were able to eventually get it alll hooked up. We would stay here again.

Beach Christmas

We were felt at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the amount of counter space in the kitchen with two sinks. There was more than enough space for gathering on the main floor for 6 adults. We stayed toasty warm with the fireplace. Even though our kids are grown, it would have been a perfect place to bring them when they were young. The fenced backyard allowed our daughters' dogs to play outside.

Roomy beach house with great decor

Very roomy beach house, well furnished with everything you need and LOVED the decor. We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time! It would be more accurate to advertise that it sleeps 8-10 rather than sleeps 10. There were 10 of us but not enough beds for all of us. One of us had to sleep on a couch and one of us pulled the twin mattress off the plywood "sitting bench" from 1 room upstairs and put it on the floor at foot of king-sized bed in the other upstairs room to sleep on. Although we were fine with sleeping on a couch and mattress on the floor some groups with 10 might not want to do that. Also, if you are in bedroom with king bed & need to use bathroom at night you need to go through a little part of room with double beds to get to the bathroom. But that was a very minor complaint. Overall, we loved the place and highly recommend it!

Perfect beach getaway

We enjoyed a 5 night getaway to the Lucky 13 - a beautiful, spacious home with endless amenities! Our toddlers enjoyed playing with all the toys and their comfortable cute beds. Our pup enjoyed sunning in the fenced-in yard. We walked to the beach every day, made campfires in the firepit every night, and explored the area. Seabrook is only a 5 minute drive - yummy pizza at Frontager’s and a fun playground for kiddos. Loved exploring Roosevelt beach and griffith-priday park. Much less crowded than Ocean Shores! Bridget was a wonderful host. I LOVED the beach decor and assortment of fun magazines to peruse as well. My husband and I also enjoyed a rousing game of Battleship, along with a puzzle, and an old school dvd as well. We hope to return again!! Thank uou!!

Better than we expected!

Dear Bridget, Planning a vacation for a family reunion is never easy and very stressful! I was so happy when I walked into the place! It was decorated so nicely and much bigger than your pics show. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. Beds were comfy, nice linens and towels. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, fires at nite in the backyard were a big hit and playing ping pong popular! Flying kites and messing around on the beach never got old! A hint for future guests - the store in Copallis Beach has some fresh fruits and vegs so you don't have to go all the way to Ocean Shores IGA. Favorite restaurants were Foragers Pizza and Mill 109 in Seabrook, The Navy facility for chowder, and the Asian take out at You and I was surprisingly GOOD and inexpensive. Oh, and the coffee shop a block away, we were there everyday! All of us said we would definitely rent your place again! Family time is the BEST time and your home really encourages family fun! The location was also great for access to Olympic National Park and Rain Forest! Thanks for making us feel welcome! Sherry, Phil and family
