Yes, you CAN have it all! Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at Manasota Beach.
Come home to your private heated pool inside the screened lanai. Cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and enjoy dinner at sunset on your lanai with dining table.
Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm-tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.

The space
Take a bike ride down to the nearby beach, relax at home by the pool, or enjoy a game of billiards inside! We have everything you need to enjoy your stay including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, etc. The only thing missing is you!

Cute place SO close to the beach

This was an awesome property that was one a 1-2 minute drive to the beach. Convenient location and great amenities. Husband loved the pool table and the pool was clean with a shaded outdoor area

Perfect Property

This home was well appointed , tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our stay. The host was very gracious and reached out before our stay to see if there was anything extra we might need. This is def a place we would stay at again!

Great place to stay

Very nice remodeled home with all amenities for cooking and updated furniture. Close to beach. Loved the outside pool area with access to master bedroom, guest bath and kitchen living area. Thanks again Don and if ever back in the area will plan to stay again if available.

Great location and beautiful house

The house is newly remodeled and done beautifully. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. The beach is just a short distance. Downtown Venice is a short drive. The house is perfect for a vacation getaway!

Quiet & Relaxing

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Manasota Key beach. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed the swimming pool and would like to stay here again.

Beautiful long weekend

A last minute change of plans had us looking for a place near Manasota Beach and this place was perfect! Exactly as shown in the pics (and even better in person actually). Bikes were in nice shape and the pool was lovely. We spent more time by the pool than on the beach 😊. The location was nice and peaceful for walking yet close enough to drive to beaches, stores, etc. Would definitely come back to enjoy this place again! Thanks for having us!

Perfect get away

Perfect relaxing get away. It was unusually cold during our visit, but the pool was heated and we were able to still enjoy the pool. We also loved watching the big games in the spacious living room, and pool table provided hours of entertainment. We cooked in the kitchen multiple times, and went to the beach almost every day. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. Central location to many different areas. Definitely plan to return!

Very nice house

Icemaker did not work. Pool chairs need cushions. Otherwise the house is very nice with excellent layout by the pool.

Our stay

Very nice! Only issue was TV service. I have cable at home that is not transferrable to another home and the available programs were not very good. I had to subscribe to YouTube TV in order to watch our shows. Other than that, it was very nice!

Clean! Plenty of space

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the beach isn’t far. We decided to drive every day because of timing but you could ride bikes (4 available) or even walk. There is a drawbridge to get over. The house is a split level so parents bedrm on one side and other two bedrms on the opposite side of the house. The shared bath on the kids side has a door right to the pool which is amazing so you don’t have to go through the house to use it. The pool was great, heated. No lights at night to swim but we spent a lot of time out there playing board games on the lanai in the evening. The house seems very newly renovated, all new appliances and plenty of kitchen if cooking is your thing. They have a ton of beach equip available to use which is great if you’re flying. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
