-This property is on a lot shared with other units. We have one parking spot available.

-This property is on a lot shared with other units, however this 3BR/2BA unit and pool is completely private and exclusive to guests.

-The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

To heat the pool, it is an additional $35/day. The heater runs from 8am - 8pm and the pool will be set to a very comfortable temperature of 88 degrees if added to your reservation. Please note: The pool temperature can vary depending on the outdoor temperature (it may not reach peak temperature on colder days), therefore temperature is not guaranteed. The pool usually reaches its peak daily temperature around mid day. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated by your arrival.

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including:

1 paper towel roll
2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
3 dish pods
3 laundry pods
3 trash bags
1 new sponge
Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee
Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included!
