We had a great stay. The house was clean, and the game room was even better than expected—it had more amenities than shown in the photos, which was a nice surprise.

Great place to stay

We loved everything about it! Great location and so many things to do when at the house. We will definitely stay here again if back in AZ. The few times that we did have to reach out to host with questions they were extremely fast with responses.

Great for families

Overall our experience was good. The property management team was fast at answering/solving any issues that came up during our stay. The property is near a busy road but we could not hear the traffic inside the home. Great location close to activities and restaurants.

What a great house for a group of friends to hang out and enjoy the AZ sunshine. The road noise helped to stifle our loud laughter! We will definitely consider coming back!

Our family stayed a week at this house and had an amazing time! We enjoyed every inch of this house and its amenities. We played the games, spent time out back on the putting green, the pool and the evenings in the jacuzzi. The neighborhood is really nice and access to all the things is perfect! The house was clean, spacious and had just about everything we needed. If I must add an improvement feedback for consideration, a few throw blankets for the beds or couches, a broom so we can clean up as we go throughout the week and clear communication on the add/ description that to heat the jacuzzi is an additional, but fair expense Overall, beautiful house for our large brood and spacious enough to enjoy each other in different areas.

Great rental for family

The process of renting this property was streamlined and easy. The house is exactly as pictured and more! Our family loved the spaciousness and the backyard was definitely more than we expected. Lots of space, great pool, and entertaining area. The house does back to a noisy road but the backyard more than makes up for a little car noise!

Thanks for the Stay, great location!

Easy in and out. Everything was clean and ready to go. Quiet neighborhood, but close to a ton of stuff and highways. Only thing was the hot tub wasn't heated and I wasn't aware it was linked to the pool heat. So if you go when the temps aren't hot, I would recommend the heat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice. Beautiful home and the staff was more than accommodating. The only issue wiuld be the traffic noise when you are on the patio. Great Location and Neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The neighborhood was great. Super safe and beautiful to go for walks in. The house is very spacious and was great for two families. The beds were comfortable. If the weather was warmer we probably would have spent more time in the backyard, as this is the best part of the house (minus the traffic you can here from it). Lots of seating and tables. Everywhere around Scottsdale and Phoenix is about 15-30mins away and lots of stores within a mile. Property management company checked in multiple times during the stay, which we found helpful.

A good stay despite a few bumps

We started with a few challenges, no water in the hot tub, no natural gas to the house. We worked closely with our contacts and the service engineers who arrived the next day, were attentive and caring. We had daily communications regarding hot tub issue (a big deal for us) and once they believed us worked to resolve them. The house is lovely and clean but the outside tables really needed attention. We cleaned despite no supplies to do so. Our contact worked hard for us and I appreciate it.

Beautiful home but…

We had booked a different home and were switched to this one last minute. It slept 7 of us very comfortably and the home is beautiful however here is where it fell short. It backs up to a very busy street so the traffic noise while in the backyard is loud. The nice waterfall you see in the photos was not working. The home sleeps 8 and there is great seating for dining but trying to cook with pots and pans meant for two was a challenge. 5 of us sharing the hallway bathroom for showers was difficult especially since the shower curtain rod kept falling down and they do not provide a hairdryer. We rented the home for 5 nights but they only provide 1 set of garbage bags so we had to go buy our own. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed our vacation but there are some small things they could improve on.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very comfortable beds, lots of space and activities in the yard as detailed in the description. Quick response from management company by email, however lacked follow through addressing issues; such as Hot tub issues- hot tub did not work throughout one week stay despite numerous emails back and forth. When they did address the issues sending information to submit a work maintenance request time had elapsed for the holiday not addressing the issue in time for use, limited supplies available despite listing included for description; i.e propane not supplied however available on request only, no supply hand soap had to purchase our own eventually they provided limited supply but only after feedback from the renters. For this reason I would not book again. This rental seemed to focus on their profit vs meeting guest needs.

Jaylene - We apologize in regards to the hot tub. We have not had any reported issues regarding our hot tubs not functioning properly as everything has been already provided in the instructions. And regarding the starter pack, please know that we only provide is a supply for a day or 2 of your stay and that will be up to you to purchase once consumed. I hope that despite these hiccups you were able to enjoy your stay as well as the other amenities that we offered!
