This expansive home boasts an impressive 3,945 square feet, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay for everyone.

After passing through the elegant and inviting front door adorned with wrought iron accents, a warm and spacious great room awaits. This expansive area encompasses the formal living room, creating an ideal space for relaxation and socializing. Just a few steps away, you will discover a well-appointed kitchen and a delightful dining area.

Formal Living Room: The living room exudes elegance with its sophisticated high-end furnishings, including plush sofa seating, accent chairs, and a large window that floods the space with natural lighting. Adjacent to the living room, you can relax and unwind with a book next to the cozy electric fireplace. Access to the backyard can be found in this area, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
