We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described…clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was super responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. You can tell they really care about their guests. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

A beautiful home! Carmen was very accommodating. Comfortable & cozy for a large group 4 large bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Master bedroom & bath were luxurious.. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of seating for our group. Outside are had comfortable seating & great BBQ area. We had some family & friends for a wine tasting & everyone commented on how great the house was. Would definitely rent Carmen’s home again.

Very spacious and beautiful house in a great location. So close to the airport and trending shops/restaurants. Amazing kitchen with anything you could ever need. We loved the pool and outdoor entertaining area. So clean and well cared for. We really appreciate that simple things like toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap, etc are included. 10/10!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property was stunning and impeccably clean—clearly well cared for in every detail. The bedrooms were comfortable, everything functioned exactly as needed, and the home truly felt welcoming. The host went above and beyond by accommodating our request to host a bridal shower on the property and even provided tables and chairs, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. We encountered no issues at all during our stay. This was hands down the best rental experience I’ve had in years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend this property to others.

There is so much spacec the amenities are elegant and it was wonderful for everyone to have their own bathroom! Incredibly warm and inviting home with space and activities for everyone! The property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host, Carmen, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating and let us view the property prior to our reserved date. Check-in was painless and checkout was also very easy! I would absolutely rent out this property again. We mainly used it to host our baby shower event and it was wonderful, fitting several people inside and outside comfortably!

This place is spectacular in every aspect! It was a beautiful and clean space to host our family and friends for our civil wedding ceremony! Carmen was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. This place is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall centers. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home in Phoenix! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a standout feature—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for entertaining. It became the heart of our stay, whether we were cooking meals together or just gathering around and enjoying each other’s company.The outdoor space was just as impressive. The pool was a great size—large enough to enjoy and cool off, but thoughtfully designed so there was still plenty of room in the yard to relax. The patio furniture setup made it easy to lounge comfortably, whether we were soaking up the sun during the day or unwinding in the evening.The location couldn’t have been better. The home is conveniently close to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, making travel a breeze, and just minutes from Arizona State University. You’re also a short drive from the heart of Scottsdale, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and golf. What truly elevated the experience was the host. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return.
