Surf Court 16 est dans un complexe orienté vers l'océan et est situé sur la partie avant du bâtiment le plus proche de l'océan. Condo Forest Beach au premier étage peut accueillir jusqu'à 6. Convient aux personnes qui évitent les escaliers. King dans le maître, deux doubles dans la chambre 2, salon canapé-lit, 2 salles de bain complètes. Les vacanciers qui cherchent une promenade facile à la plage et un parking juste en face du condo apprécieront Surf Court. Le curseur du salon s'ouvre sur un patio extérieur qui mène à la grande piscine. Surf Court est à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza possède plusieurs boutiques, restaurants et activités que les clients peuvent apprécier. Tous les conforts de la maison sont présentés dans Surf Court 16, une cuisine complète, une laveuse et une sécheuse ainsi qu'un accès Internet sans fil et une belle entrée au rez-de-chaussée.

Spacious condo in great location.

The unit was very much as advertised--roomy, clean, pleasant, well-furnished. Access and parking are great--except the spaces in basement garage are very tight. Kitchen well-stocked; linens & towels ample. TV's were hard to operate, but that's probably just me! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms fine. The location is outstanding--just steps from Coligny Beach!

Bday Celebration Vacay

We had a great time!! Property was amazing! Only thing that could’ve improved was that we had been told we could take the trolley to Beach House drop to have almost no walk to the beach because as I stated I was traveling with my 80 yr old Aunt who has back prob, my 64 yr old cousin who has rheumatoid arthritis & my 3 yr old granddaughter (who actually was a trooper thru it all). Everything else was absolutely amazing and would love to come back!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 16 is in an excellent location, but, upgrades needs to be done. Outdated and heavily worn sofa and 1 chair. Only 1 chair for the patio. Floors needs to be updated/replaced. Shower heads in both bathrooms needs replacing. Carpets in both bedrooms needs to be replaced or floor needs to be tiled. Over all unit 16 needs to have some work done to upgrade it. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed in a first floor unit, people above this unit are full time residents/owners. Very loud at 5 am every morning, they have a dog and it barked continuously all day.Issue two, vehicle pass was placed on seat while driving to grocery store and forgot to put back on dash, vehicle was towed. No warning, no note left, nothing. Cost $200 to get vehicle back. Contacted seashore vacations, no help, contacted the HOA of the property, no help. Have stayed at surf court for 12 years, first time had any issues. Will be looking to stay some where else in the coming years.Property and units are showing age.

We had used Seashore Vacations last year and stayed in a different unit at Surf Court. Both experiences were awesome from reservation, check in, to the actual unit. It was very clean, decorations were nice, large sectional was great for seating, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the location was great for beach access. We would definitely stay at Surf Court 16 again.

Walking distance to Restaurants, and Piggly Wiggly, didn’t know they still were around. The unit was clean, and enjoyed having private patio with outside faucet to wash feet to keep sand out. Nice back patio with lots of birds, lizard’s. The one negative was the hall shower had been repaired and was hard to pull out from wall to turn on.

Awesome stay at an awesome location!

We loved staying at Surf Court 16! The location is amazing just a short-walk from the beach. We walked easily with a cooler but if you plan to bring a bunch of stuff I suggest a wagon just for ease. Coligny Plaza is also just a walk from the condo with plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The condo itself was very nice. You can tell the owners have made some renovations. It is a little dated (mainly in the bedrooms/bathrooms), but not awful by any means. We did have an issue with the water not staying hot for very long in the bathrooms but again not a super big issue. We just took just shorter showers than we normally do and spaced between. The water didn’t run cold just not as hot as when the shower started. The pool at the condo was easy to access and had plenty of chairs and tables. We did have to have a late check-in and we had to unexpectedly get a second parking pass and the owner was very accommodating and polite in all of our communications. Overall, I definitely recommend staying at Surf Court 16! I know we will be back for sure!

Reviewer Comments: the unit had bare min.I have stayed in many other units rented from seashore vacation rentals,this unit by far was the worse unit over a 15-20 years of vacation rentals.The unit has not had any money put into it over the years,the bathrooms are so out dated they have toilets that are so low they must have been original. Wall paper and painting a total mess.The hot water tank supplied hot water for two showers, not good when you have 4 adults staying in the unit.

The unit was very clean upon arrival and the location was perfect for our beach walking & extended biking plans. Some critiques: The king bed in master was adequate with some soft spots/springs. All 3 exterior security latches were non functional. Both shower liners were too long causing you to stand on them during your shower. Be sure to bring ALL of your own amenities including salt/pepper/pan spray/dish soup/laundry supplies/condiments. All in all, we loved our visit and always enjoy working with Seashore Vacations!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property's general condition was a 2 out of 5 because while the entry/kitchen/living area had new flooring and was in good condition the bathrooms and master bedroom were very dated. Shower/bath faucets were loose, shower curtains were dirty. Property cleanliness got a 2 because of the following reasons: Ceiling fans and vents very dirty, needs a deep clean. Shower curtains and living room curtains were dirty. The master bedroom had newspaper stuffed in the track of the window. The living room sliding glass door screen kept falling off the track. Property Management company got a 4 star not 5 because the night before we arrived, some members of our party received an email that pool was closed for the season (Oct). Not all renters received notice and especially not during the booking process. The pool was clean enough to swim and still had filter running so not sure what this was all about. On a positive note, the kitchen is well appointed with accessories if you like to cook or entertain. Good water pressure in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room is a good set-up for being together and tv viewing. The location is nice - not right in the middle of things - but good for biking or walking to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Beach chairs/umbrella rental available. Bike rentals available for delivery and pick up at the unit. Nice ground floor unit, no stairs. Nice courtyard and pool area.
