This was a great place to stay. The best stocked kitchen I've seen. We were very comfortable and loved the location. Thank you for an amazing place to relax and enjoy our time together at the beach.

It’s in a very convenient location for restaurants as well with coligny being within walking distance me and everyone in my party were very pleased with it and plan on staying again next year I would definitely recommend it

Great family get away

We had a great time staying here. It was clean and spacious and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future. My kids really enjoyed the pool.

Wonderful condo

Beautiful location. Close to everything. We rented bikes and just biked everywhere we wanted to go.

Graduation Celebration

Rental was as described in the listing. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and my mom, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the beach wagon to carry all of our things to the beach, which was about a 5 minute walk straight from the condo.

Dirty floor

The floors were very dirty making the bottom of our feet turn black! Otherwise all was good

Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This town house was very clean and only a two block walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to other going to the area. Plenty of room for the kids and Wi-Fi as a must. The pool was also nice, we did not think we would use it given the beach and all, but it was nice for a bit of time here and there.

HHI!

This unit is all about the location. Can’t beat the access to beach and Coligny area. The unit itself is dated. Upstairs carpet is dirty and worn, I wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. Upstairs bathrooms are dingy and dated, you don’t feel particularly clean getting out of the showers. But the main floor family room area is comfortable with lots of seating.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo at the last minute and we cannot thank the sales staff enough for being so helpful and prompt with return calls. The condo location is just off So. Forest and very quiet. This particular unit is dated, both bath counter heights low and kitchen is so-so. However, the AC, beds and bedding were very comfortable and all was found to be relatively clean upon arrival. If you are looking for average pricing in a good location, this unit will fit your needs. Nothing new or fancy at this price.

Great Place in HHI!

This was my family's first time in Hilton Head. We rented a place last minute and things couldn't have turned out better! Check-in was a breeze. The condo was in a great location. Easy to find and very clean. Although not on the beach, it is close to a beach access point and Coligny Plaza which has a grocery store, some shops and a few restaurants. As a family we were able to easily walk to dinner in Coligny Plaza and back a few times which was nice. Courtside 51 was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. It even had a highchair and pack n'play, which was an unexpected and nice surprise. We were very pleased with our experience!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our sixth visit to HHI and this townhouse was one to the most conveniently located we've stayed in. It was well equipped and was exactly as described. The property management staff went out of their way to be helpful, particularly in straightening out a booking error quickly and professionally. Our only suggestion would be the addition of a filler foam strip between the twin mattresses in the master bedroom.

Great location and facilities, quick walk to the beach

Thanks for all your support, the place was as we expected. I wish we could have gone straight to the condo instead of picking up the welcome package - but it's not a big deal. Beach walk is quick and brings you to not so crowded area of the beach.
