Courtside 46 - Appartement au 1er étage de Forest Beach

We agree. This was not a good experience on our end either. Several hours after checking in - our on call person received an emergency after hours page from the guest reporting an odor in the condo. A little while into the conversation, it evolved into an odor and bug problem. After going through the few options we could offer, we were able to move them to another property which was only available for one night with the understanding that they would look elsewhere for another property for the rest of their stay since we had nothing to offer. This went on until around midnight. The next morning, we inspected the original unit (Courtside 46) and found nothing out of the ordinary particularly regarding bugs/insects. Unit 46 is a ground floor flat (no steps) and the unit undergoes routine pest control service which is coordinated by the homeowner's association. Furthermore, the prior guest occupied #46 for 3 consecutive weeks and did not report any issues. The guest must not have been able to find other accommodations that suited their needs the next day as they reached back out to see if it was possible to move back to Courtside 46. We agreed and subsequently absorbed the cleaning cost for the unit they switched to. Fast forward to the 3rd night of their 4 night stay - our after hours on call person received an emergency page around 11 pm from the guest now complaining of bugs now for the 2nd time. We were not able to offer a 3rd unit to move them to as we had no availability. Not really sure what else we could have done for this family. We are very sorry that they had such a bad experience (unlike most others) and decided to post such a negative review. We do not feel that it is justified. Maybe Courtside was just not a good fit for them. We tried to work with them when the first compaint came in, absorbed the additional cleaning expense of moving to a second unit, inspected the property, allowed them to move back and responded immediately to 2 late night emergency calls that were not really emergencies.
