Welcome to Your Dream Stay in Our Spacious 2-Level Home!

We’re delighted to host you and are here to make sure your visit is as comfortable and memorable as possible. Guests have full access to the first and second floors of our home—designed for both relaxation and fun.

a. First Floor Highlights:

Relax across two spacious living rooms—ideal for hanging out, catching up, or showing off your karaoke chops on the KTV system. Music enthusiasts will love the two grand pianos, ready for impromptu performances. Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen or kick back with a movie on the large-screen TV. Head outside to the pool and yard, lit up with vibrant LED lights that bring the perfect evening atmosphere.

b. Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:

The home features five cozy bedrooms:
• 2 King Beds
• 3 Queen Beds
Need space for a bigger group? Just let us know in advance—we’re happy to provide air mattresses upon request.

c. A Unique Guest—Meet the Peacock:

Yes, you read that right—we have a charming peacock in the fenced yard area. He’s quiet, pretty, and minds his own business. If you’d prefer a peacock-free experience (understandable!), just say the word, and we’ll make alternative arrangements.

d. Privacy & Support:

The basement level is reserved exclusively for our office team, and both the owner and management team live on-site. They use a separate entrance and will not access any guest areas or amenities. If you need assistance during your stay, they’re nearby and happy to help.

e. Flexible Pricing & Special Offers:

After you’ve toured the space and are happy with what you see, we’re happy to chat about your plans and put together a special Vrbo discount tailored just for you.

f. Visitor Fee

For visitors attending events but not staying overnight, there is a fee of $35 per person per day. Depending on the specifics, we may be able to offer a partial discount.

Awesome place to stay

We reserved this place to celebrate our Grandma’s 92nd Birthday and it was the perfect place for all of our family to get together and spend quality time that we don’t usually have. It was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed, plus the pool to enjoy the summer heat! The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything. The hosts was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d gladly stay here again!

Beware!! This property doesn't look like the pictures on this site!! The "Host" stays in the basement; there is no access to a washer and dryer because the entire bottom floor is off-limits. The fences in the backyard are falling down, and the lattice by the pool is broken and covered with "Fake Ivy." None of the fountains is operational. The front fountain is filled with algae and mosquito larvae, and the other in the backyard is drained and not working. As soon as you enter the property, the gate is broken and off the hinges. The trash hasn't been dumped in weeks, and there are clusters of flies that hover around the front door. Not to mention, the tenants were served with an "EVICTION NOTICE" by a process server while we were still in the house. The inside is just as bad as the outside. There is blue tape sectioning off the dishwasher that isn't working and is out of order. There is no shower on the first floor, so whomever stay on the first floor has to take a shower upstairs. The Jack and Jill bathroom has the door off the hinges as well. We noted that a light in the bathroom was out, and the host responded, "There are plenty of lights; use another one."There are also electrical hazards with face plates off of dual plugs on the wall. We had an issue with the garbage disposal not working. The host said they would make it the next day, but arrived two days later. The issue was a blown fuse; we couldn't fix it because we didn't have access to the downstairs. Terrible !!!!

VRBO FROM HELLArrival? Pool wasn’t ready. Staff handled the equipment like they’d just watched a youtube tutorial. Speaking of staff—plot twist—they live in the basement. Think Parasite without the Oscars. They prowled the garage like raccoons with keys. Listing says you can request staff to be off-site; reality says “lol, nope.”Hot tub? Surprise! Extra fee (not listed) plus a “broken” heater. If freezing, overpriced butt bubble massages are your thing, you’re golden.As if staff-as-roommates wasn’t enough, there are ants everywhere. Their “solution”? Spraying pesticide right on my snacks. Cool Ranch & Cancer flavor combo, anyone?Laundry? Sure, if you can get past the locked basement lair and their insistence on “helping” with your laundry (who needs privacy when it comes to your underwear)On one occasion they even told us we need to wait 40 minutes to use the laundry because they were using it for THEIR laundry. I’m surprised they didn’t hop into bed with me at this point.Speaking of beds - they smelled like Grandma’s perfume met an antique shop and had a baby. Literally still cant get the smell off me. Two downstairs toilets clogged mid-stay, turning bathroom breaks into full cardio workouts going up the stairs. Thanks to that, I now have calves of a Hungarian shot putter.If you’re into amateur horror, surprise roommates, vermin, and paying extra for cold water butt bubbles—this is your dream VRBO.
