Silicon Valley Stays Casa Uno

Summary:

Our home has a spacious (2,000 sq ft) and modern design. Newly remodeled in 2016. There are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to nine people. Nice restaurants and bars are located nearby, but guests are more than welcome to use our full kitchen if they want to cook a homemade meal. The dinning room has space for up to eight guests. The open living room is great for relaxing and watching Premium cable, Netflix, or Amazon Video on the 65" 4K SmartTV. The home receives a good amount of natural light because most rooms have large windows to let in that California Sun.

Quite residential area. Home is across from a park and public tennis courts. Shoreline park and golf course are 3 miles away.

We are a family of 6 who stayed at this property and it was very comfortable. The location is perfect to visit Stanford or Google. You can easily walk to downtown Mountain View. Vikash was very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We have stayed here before and always enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The house is comfortable. Access is very easy. The host is awesome! He noticed when he came by for TV issue, some kitchen supplies were "low" for a dinner we were having (wine glasses, silverware, plates) I felt we could do fine with what was there. But, he had delivered plates, glasses, wine glasses, silerware, etc. We were able to set a complete, in all ways, a table for a total of 13 people, with extra of all. I felt it was very thoughtful and appreciated his generous attention. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will come back.

Great location for families

This was our second stay at this location. We love that this Vrbo has big, comfortable spaces that accommodate various ages and family groupings. Also like the house layout, which separates sleeping spaces from living spaces. Lots to do close by, including park with playgrounds and open space.

Comfortable and spacious

This had all the comforts of home away from home and nice beds. With four adults we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. Open floor in the kitchen, living room and dining room was great. Very convenient location. Would stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay for us to visit my brother’s family in Sunnyvale. The check out was super easy because Vikash has a “no chore” checkout policy. So it was super easy. Also Vikash was very responsive whenever we had questions.

No Stress Work Trip

This property was just what our group needed for our work trip. The location was ideal - perfectly situated near our meetings and downtown Mt View food and drinks. The host was very helpful during check-in and the arrival process smooth and welcoming. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare coffee and snacks. All amenities matched what was advertised in the listing, with no surprises or disappointments.We particularly appreciated the no-chore checkout, which saved us time and stress on our departure day. Would definitely recommend and book again for future work trips to the area.

Vacation in California!

This location was strongly suggested as a safe place to stay by our relative that lives in the area, and he was 100% correct. We always felt safe there! Our host was very personable and helpful and even let us check in three hours early because of our early flight (and the unit had completed the cleaning process). He had everything in the unit that we could have wanted. There were seven adults that stayed here and we loved it. We would stay there again without hesitation if we go back to visit the area. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent Choice!

I was beyond pleased with my stay at this property! My group of 8 were in town visiting my son in Mountain View and also spent time in San Francisco & Napa! It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is exactly as pictured, clean and modern, with nice finishes throughout. We cooked breakfast each morning using the ample supply of pans/dishes provided and enjoyed the meal all together at the dining table that seats 8, which was nice! The owner was very nice, professional and was prompt in responding to my questions. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit!

This review by the guest is retaliation for refund scam gone wrong for the guest. Guest complained to VRBO and his claim was not supported. Guest complained after 4 days of staying in the home and his claim was rejected by VRBO. No photographic proof was provided. No such issues have reported in the past 9 years of hosting. Please ignore this review.

This is a spacious, CLEAN, beautifully decorated, and well equipped home! It is about 2000 sq ft total and more than enough space for a family of 9! We spread out comfortably throughout the house and truly made it our home for 4 days. The living room is equipped with upscale furnishings and a large tv with cable and internet access. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and the dining table easily sat our entire family. We loved being able to make meals to share because honestly its a great way to save some money and actually be able to eat healthy while on vacation! Vikash, the owner, is so friendly and came over personally to make sure we had what we needed/wanted. He even shared some other vacation locations with us which we will consider for our next vacation!

Have stayed here before. Overall, it was good. On previous stay, was better stocked with silverware and some plates. Lack of some items (5 dinner knives, 9 forks) wasn't a big issue but just noted. Only other "issue", which was relatively minor, were some scattered ants in kitchen area. Having lived in CA for years, know it is common and easily resolved. Vikash was very prompt answering any questions. It is a nice open living/kitchen/dining area which suited us for a Christmas eve dinner for 13...nice. Area is fine, quiet and very convenient to almost any place/highway, etc. I might suggest dimmers on overhead lighting!!

What you see is nicely what you get

The pictures of “suite 1” well represent the apartment. Clean, spacious, newish, with lots of black leather in a minimalist style, few rugs, nice TV and kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in garage. Toaster was smoking but was replaced in a day. 4 firm queen size beds, good showers in each of the 2 tiled baths. Near a school, neighborhood seemed perfectly safe. I might have liked more warmth of color, with rugs in the living room and dining room. But that was never promised and as a place to crash, work on your laptop, or sit chatting in front of the gas and crystal fireplace, there really were no shortcomings.

Peaceful Central Location

Quiet neighborhood located near all the freeways needed to get from points A to B. Close to restaurants and grocery stores for even more convenience. The place was spacious for our family of 7. The beds in all bedrooms were comfy, the appliances were easy to use and checking in and out was a breeze. Will book again when visiting family in the bay.

Wonderful place

This property was perfect for our stay, clean, beautiful new construction, and comfortable space for all six of us. The owner responded very quickly when we let him know the thermostat was up too high and was very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location with lots of stores and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
