Located on beautiful Christmas Bay, "Salty Daze" sits on a quiet canal in Key Largo and is a short walk or drive to the public beach. Perfect for both beach goers and fishermen, this 3BR/2BA boasts an open kitchen stocked with plenty of kitchenware and a full slate of appliances. A spacious island provides plenty of counter space and seating. Natural light floods the living room where you will find a sectional, a tub accent chair, and a 50-inch TV.

The primary suite features a king size bed, accent chair, an exterior door to the front deck, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. In the second bedroom you will find a queen bed and twin bunks. The third bedroom features queen over queen bunks. We easily sleep 10 and all bedrooms showcase plantation style blinds for added privacy or to keep the sun out after long nights.

As beautiful as the inside is, you may not want to leave the outdoor entertainment area! The downstairs "bar" area has two roll up mini garage doors, a mini fridge, TV, and plenty of seating. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, then throw a line into the canal and fish or go crabbing in the afternoon shade on the boat slip. The fish cleaning station awaits your catch of the day and a charcoal grill allows you to host afternoon cookouts. Upstairs you can enjoy watching the sun rise over the ocean on the spacious canal deck or spend the evening enjoying the gorgeous sunsets over Christmas Bay from the front deck. Extra amenities include complimentary WI-FI, a full-size washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.

Located on Christmas Bay, you are close to dining, bars, and entertainment at the public entrance to Surfside Beach (8 miles) or San Luis Pass (6 miles). For fun-filled days you can visit The Galveston Strand (32 miles), Galveston's Pleasure Pier (30 miles) and Moody Gardens (28 miles) or experience hiking and birdwatching at Galveston Island State Park (19 miles).

A neighborhood boat ramp allows you to bring your boat for access to area bays featuring excellent trout, redfish, and flounder fishing or wade out into Christmas Bay at the end of the canal.
