Luxueuse location meublée 3 chambres 2 salles de bain Condo Townhome dans le quartier très recherché de Gilbert. Beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins juste à côté. Piscine communautaire chauffée, nombreux sentiers pédestres et parcs. Belle maison de ville détachée de deux étages avec 2 chambres à l'étage et une chambre principale en bas. La chambre 1 à l'étage a un lit queen, la chambre 2 à l'étage a un lit jumeau TempurPedic que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter avec une base réglable Ergo. Une gamme infinie de positions de matelas, plus un massage de la tête et des pieds ainsi qu'un espace bureau avec bureau. Masterbedroom en bas a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée. Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. 5 couchages
À quelques pâtés de maisons de l'autoroute 202. Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale et de nombreuses autres banlieues sont à seulement 5-20 minutes en voiture. Lovely stay in Gilbert

Had a lovely stay at this townhome. I have family in the area that I came to visit and it was in the perfect location. The home was clean and provided everything we needed - especially in the kitchen. I hope to come back soon and rent the same place.

Quiet and comfortable

We stayed here for 6 weeks in January and February visiting family. It is a nice condo, modestly furnished in a convenient location. Not much to complain about. A little short on towels and clothes hangers but we managed.

Nice property. Neighbors are close but that seems to be the norm in this area. No outdoor space is a drawback but otherwise property is nice.

Nice area in Gilbert

We were at Adrian’s condo for 52 nites. We enjoyed the location of the condo in the Gilbert area! So much to do & see in area. Liked the walking trail by condo. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was we didn’t have a car remote the whole time!! Adrian tried to accommodate but wasn’t able to program new remote. Felt he should have called a garage door repair man & not left us without a remote.

The property was clean, well represented. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay there. We used it just like a motel. Just a place to spend the night and eat breakfast. A congested, packed area that it is located in. Close to shopping and eating with lots of traffic. It was great for what we wanted except we couldn’t get any bedroom TVs to work. We would stay there again.

3 extremely enjoyable weeks!

The property was great! We had a few problems hooking u p to the internet, but when contacted, Adrian was very helpful. The internet was slow and there were no sports channels which was inconvenient. Other than that, the amenities were wonderful and the pool was very convenient. Thanks, Adrian!

Thank you John for your review, and was really happy you want to come back and asked for next year same time will keep you on waiting list as the time you wanted return to us is booked. We do have highest speed internet there sometimes depends on laptop you connect with to experience entire speed.

Gilbert home

Lots of space to unpack for our 2 month stay. Everything we needed in kitchen. Owner promptly provided extra supplies we requested. Lovely quiet residential area with beautiful landscaped pathways in area for biking or walking. Close to different mountain recreation areas to explore the multiple hikes such as Superstition Mtns, Usery mtns, Tonto Nat forest..... The 2 closest pools were not heated or well maintained, but pleasant to sit around. Weather was too cool to swim. Shopping center very close by, for Walmart, Target etc. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home

This unit was VERY nicely furnished and well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, and quality pots, etc.! (The iron and ironing board were not up to the same standard ... but I decided I didn't need to iron.) All staples were in the kitchen, paper products and foil, laundry soap... Adrian had thought of everything to make our arrival easier. Both queen-sized beds were VERY comfortable, and we discovered the single bed was a vibrating bed (or could be adjusted to raise the head and/or foot). It was great having the security of the double attached garage. The heated swimming pool was about 250 yards from the condo and not quite as warm as we might have hoped, but we happily used it almost daily. Adrian was very helpful, easy to contact, and quick to resolve any concerns. He had provided very detailed instructions on how to access the condo. In the condo he left a binder that had information on the appliances and community rules, as well as tourist information. If you needed further help, he was there to assist. I would be confident in recommending this condo to friends and family, as long as they had no mobility issues as the main living area is upstairs. Food note: We found THAI HOUSE had excellent take-out food (very reasonable price).

The gardens

The gardens is such a nice place and close to everything. You can rent bigger and further out for cheaper but why when you can stay in a complex that is so beautiful! Shopping and restaurants is amazing and wait until they build cannon beach! We will stay in the gardens again!

Wonderful stay. Convenient location

The 3 of us enjoyed the large layout of the condo. Having master bedroom on different floor was pleasant surprise. Unit was clean and decorated completely like a comfortable home. Kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare a weeks worth of meals.

Perfect experience, very nice home goods n a cool neighborhood. Plenty of amenities nearby, access to the 202 freeway to get anywhere in the east valley or into Phoenix. Great host, property, and opportunity to rent for the weekend.

Disappointed with condo

The location was good. I did not realize I was in a neighborhood The condo was fine. It was stairs to main level Really disappointed that is was dirty I cleaned bought new dishtowels and cleaning supplies My boyfriend had to clean vacuum it was full of lint and and filters were black I replaced tubs under sinks with new supplies Oven and freezer were filthy. I did not clean With Covid I would think these rentals should be spotless We enjoyed Arizona If I owned in that section of condos. I would complain to the HBO Pool was cold and not clean. We walked every day and people did not pick up dog poop I will be very careful when I rent again We spent over 6000,00 to rent. Then another .200 to get supplies needed

Family wedding in Arizona

We absolutely loved this property and would book it again in a minute. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The community heated pool was great and the neighborhood is very pretty and safe to walk. Best sleep I ever had on the Tempur-Pedic bed. Adrian was immediately responsive to a few very minor issues that we had.

Great Space for a family or small group of friends!

This condo is as described. It's located close to stores, restaraunts, and highways to find your way around the town. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner (Adrian) is responsive to questions and has a 3 ring binder in the condo that will help you navigate your stay. The single bed option is an adjustable bed that my daughter claimed to be very comfortable. We would return to this property if travels brought us back to the Phoenix area.

Very neat & Clean, easy highway access, close by everything Walmart,Target, Rest., Nice 2 car garage

Easy access, corner lot, 2 car garage was pleasant, Towels and beddings were cleaned, plenty and accessible,ample local pool sites, very clean and well organized two story Condo, the unit has several windos to access son light when you need it, nice wood flooring, thank you for stocking bath stuff such as soaps and shapoo, we didn't need anything else in the kitchen, they had everything including a local phone line for guest use. Board games for family to use, Every room has TV total of four TVs. Adrian was easily accessible , accommodated, understandable, and easy to talk with. Very nice, clean and up-to-date appliances, enough place for the family upto 6 people. We will definitely stay there again and will also recomend to our friends and family. Thank you for the bottle of waters, much need at the time we checked in. Bathrooms were neat and clean and ready for use and stocked with enough supplies. Kitchen was also well stocked. Cons- Not really Cons, but suggestions and ideas to improve. King size bed would be awesome, child lock door for the stairs, baby eating chair ( other vacation rental did provide it , something to make unit even more likeable ) , Movie channels such as HOB , Cinemax would be great, Need to have Dark curtains to avoid morning sun shine coming into the rooms ( this applies for all of the rooms ) Common Bath tub make noise when you take shower, didn't bother me much but it might have to others. Common bath, not enough room near by the sink to place our hygiene stuff.

This area in Gilbert is just so beautiful, stores and restaurants right next door , lots of walking paths and beautiful green areas. And for those of us that can fly in to Mesa airport being 5 minutes away from it is such a plus.
