Welcome to Casa Del Sol, a newly renovated vacation rental that is conveniently located in the highly sought after Settler Meadow neighborhood in Gilbert, Arizona. Here you will find all you need to create a relaxing vacation in the sun. Enjoy your private backyard oasis complete with a pool, spa, fire pit and covered patio created for outdoor living. This spacious residence has an open floor plan which provides a great space for spending time with friends or family and a walkup-bar to mix your favorite cocktails while you play a game of pool. Casa Del Sol is located minutes away from fantastic dining, golf courses, Top Golf, shopping, and much more. Located 7 miles from the Mesa-Phoenix Gateway Airport.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Gilbert with easy access to so many things! We enjoyed the tranquil pool and hot tub, as well as the comfortable home! It was a nice, relaxing get away for my family and I would definitely book this again!

Great Stay

Great few days in the Gilbert area. House is in a great location! Enjoyed watching the Masters on the outdoor TV while cooling in the pool. Owners communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Gilbert

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful beds were comfortable and the pool was fabulous. It was close to shopping, so we were able to walk to the grocery store several times, rather than drive. We took advantage of the grill and saved money by eating our own steaks from the comfort of the patio. Communication was great! We would definitely stay here again! Highlight for sure was the pool and hot tub!!!!!

Beautiful Desert Home Away From Home

Our stay was wonderful! The location is great
close to restaurants and to Target. I appreciated the supply of paper goods, hand soaps at each sink, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the open layout was great for our group. We used the pool table, the pool and the spa. The outdoor space is outstanding. 10/10 and would definitely stay again!

Our Family's first trip to Arizona

Casa del Sol was the perfect base for our family's first visit to Arizona. After a day exploring the greater Phoenix area, this residence provided ample space, comfort and a back yard reminiscent of a resort with its lovely pool and spa. The property was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and well organized. I especially loved little things like labels on light switches to let you know what they all control without having to fumble around. Quick and helpful responses from all interactions with owner.

The best VRBO ever

Truly the nicest VRBO/rental property any of us has ever stayed at. The house was immaculate and so well organized, with a very thorough guide book. All of the amenities were fantastic, from the beds to the bathrooms to the TVs to the pool table. And the pool! So clean and such a nice treat in 100 degree weather. Our only "complaint" is that this place was so nice its ruined all other rentals for us from now on :)

Best Family Getaway!

Tricia has been wonderful, and her home has been just perfect! They offer everything you would need, and give recommendations for everything else! We have enjoyed the pool and spa daily. The patio is perfect to hangout on and enjoy some sports on the tv! We came to enjoy a graduation, but we got so much more!!! You will NOT be disappointed with this home! We enjoyed our stay! Everything was great. When I mentioned that one of the pool floats had a hole in it, the owner purchased a new one and had it delivered to the house! Great communication whenever needed. No complaints. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay for a family of four to six. The pools were great and the area has lots of easy access to food and entertainment. The neighbors dog did spend a weekday barking as us but we turned on the pool fountain and some music and didn't really notice the pup and his problems after that.

We are James and Tricia Ochoa from Bellingham, WA. We are both born and raised in the PNW and are now raising our 4 beautiful daughters here as well. Family is our passion. We love the outdoors, watching our kids play sports, traveling and finding good restaurants to eat at.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

On our travels to Arizona to visit family, we fell upon Gilbert and fell in love with the area. It has all the amenities of a big city with a small town vibe. We decided this would be a great area to invest in. Staying in close proximity to the Heritage District was a must. This house had everything we were looking for from the open concept living area to the great outdoor entertaining space. We felt it would make the perfect vacation home for us to escape the rainy northwest and to rent out for others to enjoy when we are not able to use it.
