Escape to your dream vacation at this beautifully updated Gulf Front Condo on 30A! Nestled within the private condominium development of Tranquility is Unit #450. This condo is less than a mile away from Alys Beach, has stunning Gulf views, it’s own private beach access, a Gulf side pool, and has been fully remodeled inside as of 2024.
Lounge by the pool after a sun-soaked day on the beach, watch the sunset from the balcony or unwind in the thoughtfully updated interiors, featuring modern coastal decor and elegant custom furniture from Restoration Hardware.
This condo was fully remodeled in 2024 and is virtually brand new!
Important Information
Max Occupancy: 6 guests
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
Parking: 1 standard size vehicle permitted (1 additional overflow spot is available across the street from the condo).
Amenity Starter Pack: Includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, 5 trash bags, and a laundry pod pack.
Kitchen: Equipped with standard stainless appliances, and traditional drip coffee maker.
Bikes: None included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available from the onsite vendor for an additional fee.
Condo Layout – Main Level
Step into relaxation the moment you enter this beautiful coastal retreat. Just off the foyer, the first Guest King Suite offers a peaceful escape with views facing the north side of the building and 30A. This suite features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo for added comfort and privacy.
Continue down the hall and you’ll find the second Guest King Suite, conveniently located near the kitchen. This spacious bedroom shares a full bathroom (also with a tub/shower combo), easily accessible just outside the room—ideal for families or friends traveling together.
The galley-style kitchen is a dream for any cook, boasting sleek, modern appliances, generous storage, and all the essentials—from cookware and flatware to dishes and glassware.
Just off the kitchen, the dining area opens up to stunning Gulf-front views through the large balcony doors. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast or a sunset dinner, the backdrop of the beach and ocean is simply unforgettable.
The living room is the heart of the condo, featuring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and elegant coastal décor. Comfortable seating invites guests to unwind with a good movie, enjoy time with loved ones, or simply soak in the breathtaking Gulf views.
Second Floor – Master Suite
Perched above the main living area, the Master Suite is a tranquil oasis designed with relaxation in mind. Expansive windows bathe the room in natural light, while cozy reading nooks provide the perfect spot to unwind. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, dual vanities, and refined finishes that elevate the space.
Beach & Pool Access
This condo offers private beach access, allowing you to skip the crowds and head straight to the sand with ease. Daily and weekly chair and umbrella rentals are available to make your beach days even more comfortable.
When you’re ready to switch things up, take a dip in the Gulf-side community pool or lounge poolside with a good book under the Florida sun.

Located in the heart of the iconic 30A corridor, you’re perfectly positioned to explore nearby Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach just to the east—both offering fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment. To the west, you'll find Seacrest Beach, and for the adventurous, scenic biking and walking trails run right outside your door, inviting you to explore everything this vibrant coastal community has to offer.

Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
No smoking in the condo, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
Guests must sign the rental agreement and agree to all terms. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Parking is only available for 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Overflow parking for 1 additional car is available, but across the street from the condo.
No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations of HOA rules or disturbances will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
