Situé dans un quartier privé et fermé (Camp Creek) sur la plage de la route panoramique 30-A, avec plage privée.

Deuxième étage a 4 chambres / 2 salles de bain, 1 chambre avec lit king, 2 chambres avec lits queen, 4e a 2 lits jumeaux. 2 chambres ont vue sur l'océan et s'ouvrent directement sur une grande terrasse ouverte et spacieuse qui a parmi les meilleurs couchers de soleil sur 30A. La cuisine a tout ce que vous voulez, y compris le bar en granit, et, avec la salle à manger et la salle familiale, constitue un espace de vie et de rassemblement spacieux avec le magnifique golfe scintillant à travers la paire de portes-fenêtres en verre! Les vues sont spectaculaires à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur !! Le rez-de-chaussée a 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain, la chambre a 1 lit queen et lits superposés. Grande salle de jeux et bar ouvrant sur un patio entourant votre propre piscine très privée chauffée en hiver! Au-delà de la piscine est votre couverture de plage! "C'est aussi bon que possible!" Great house on an amazing beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay at this home again. DEFINITELY! Access to beach was great. Very private beach. Owner was very responsive. Extra refrigerator and ice maker were fantastic. Downstairs was a little warm, but tolerable.

A Great Family Vacation at Paradise Found.

The living areas in the house were very comfortable for nine people of which only one was <18 years old. With three college-age granddaughters, the bedroom on the lower level was tight. However, the spacious living area outside the bedroom gave them a lot of room to spread out. Access to the private pool and beach was so convenient.

Great Family Spot!

The ocean porch views were our favorite way to start the day. We had five adults and two young kids (5 yo and 2 yo) who enjoyed mornings at the beach (enjoying the chairs from the house each time) and afternoons in the pool. Our adult kids rented bikes mid-week and enjoyed riding around the state park and Rosemary Beach areas. The kitchen area was a gathering place for breakfasts and lunches - the counter bar area was great for feeding the littles and they loved the stools. The neighborhood was very walkable for family walks each night with multiple paths that led to the beach for the sunset and then to get back to the house. A wonderful week at the beach!

Great house and location!

My family including one year old grandson absolutely enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house met all of our needs and was very comfortable. It was clean with the exception of sand on the comforter of one of the beds when we arrived. Easily fixed by shaking outside. It was so nice to have the pool and beach right outside our doors. Especially liked the fact that there were gates at both sets of stairs and a pool alarm on the door exiting to the pool since we had a toddler. The beach was beautiful and never crowded outside the house. Short walk to the ocean. I did have some difficulty with the property manager replying to some of my questions but was able to talk to the owner who was extremely helpful. Absolutely recommend this house and we are booking again for next year.

Perfect Vacation Home

This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it even more! The layout works well for our family. If you have someone with mobility issues, the ground level will work well. There are several steps to the main living area but manageable. There are baby gates blocking the steps which eased our minds with a toddler. In addition, there is an alarm on the doors leading to the pool area. The kitchen is well stocked. The open floor plan gives plenty of room for people to walk around and not feel like you are stepping over each other. Having a private pool and the beach right out your door is amazing! It’s a short walk to ocean. Having a private beach makes your stay more relaxing. Very few people come to this part of the beach so it is very quiet. We had an issue with the battery in the pool door alarm and the property manager had someone over to fix within the hour. We highly recommend this house for your beach vacation. We will absolutely return!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 1.5 years to 7. The beach was beautiful, quiet and easy to access. The pool a great escape from the hot sun. Our kids had the time of their lives. We cooked nearly all meals in the fully stocked kitchen with no problems. The house was far better than advertised and more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was right on the beach and make it so easy for families with young children. The private pool was great and fun after a morning on the beach. The house was very spacious and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing Beachfront Relaxation

It’s an amazing property on an amazing spot on the gulf in a terrific neighborhood! Love how so many spots in the house showcase the ocean— the porch is also amazing! The ocean is right there and the beach is private so there aren’t many people. We don’t live near the ocean so we want to soak up as much as we can and that can happen here. When kids tire of the ocean, they love the pool. There is enough space for kids to have their own areas in the house. While there isn’t a master suite (I’ve seen that is pretty much the ‘negative’ comments people do have) Each bedroom (except the first floor bedroom) is attached to a shared bathroom. If you take 2 bedrooms and the attached bathroom— one could make that entire area a private master suite! Ways to work around that because this is an amazing property!

Family friends annual getaway

We are two families with young kids who travel together every spring and this house was perfect for us. Great location, private beach access was soooo nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool alarm was nice so the kids could play downstairs and we didn’t have to worry. Herman was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location on 30A

This property has the best beach access away from any crowds. We have several grandparents in our group and they really enjoy the easy steps down to the beach. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The water views are stunning. Only complaint is that the ice maker does not work well, but it’s very easy to buy a bag of ice!

Our favorite beach house ever!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house was really homey and well appointed and had the most stunning views. The beach was virtually private and the pool a great addition.
