❀ The indoor pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

❀ For parents with young children: The pool room has a keypad lock and alarm to keep them safe.

The home was very clean and terrific amenities. Great location for traveling into town or taking a drive to the Smokies. Everyone in our party raved over how much room they had and really enjoyed winding down at the end of the day in the theater room.

Wow! Youll love it. Beautiful and elegantly appointed plus convenient to downtown .Everything was clean and if you require assistance the responce was super fast. Great people. Quite possibly the finest place in gatlinburg to stay. Plus.... your dog can go too! Its hard to find a nice place that let you bring your dogs... just respect this place so everyone can continue to enjoy it with our pets!!

Our host was very informative and welcoming. The check-in was easy and we loved the location. The stay was really wonderful The game room, sauna & theater were excellent. The pool and fire pit area were also very enjoyable and well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for more. Just a really relaxing trip with no worries. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful place! We loved our stay. The pool was a big hit with our Grandchildren as well as the game room and movie theater. We had 6 adults and 4 children, and the living space was more than accommodating. We were able to walk to the Parkway couple of days. My husband and I loved the hot tub, it was very relaxing. We will be returning for another stay in he future. Darlene was very prompt in answering my questions. If you are looking for a great place, that is super clean and has lots of amenities, this is the place.

We booked two of these townhomes for a large family group. GPS led us right there., on the top of a hill with a beautiful view of Gatlinburg. The homes are easy to access and have convenient parking. It was nice to walk to and from the BBQ down the hill for dinner. We saw a bear mosey through the parking lot.The homes were clean and spacious. Even better than the photos. Plenty of room to spread out. WiFi worked, games in the basement. We used the hot tubs and pools. Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect for a family vacation. Hosts were polite and helpful. We brought small dogs, and we saw many others as well. The owners ask for advanced notice and charge a fee per pet.Highly recommend!

The host was exceptional. Very responsive and helpful. Their attention to detail and helpfulness greatly exceeded our expectations.Words cannot describe the home. It is absolutely stunning. From the drive up front entrance to three stories of caring and thoughtful appointments there is something appealing to everyone.Very modern decor with 5 plush bedrooms, a theater room that can accommodate a large family with a huge TV and the most comfortable seating to an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and game room...one has to experience the home to believe it. By the way the home has great views of the needle and tram and is very conviently located in downtown Gatlinburg. Both the host and home definitely earned 5 STARS PLUS!

This property was amazing! We so enjoyed our stay and everybody was so comfortable! So much room to spread out and every bedroom had a beautiful attached bath. The beds, pillows and comforters were sooo cozy, the views from every level of the condo we're amazing! The property manager was great with communication and very prompt with all replies! Cannot say enough great things about this place! We will definitely come back! If you're trying to decide which place to book I would highly suggest this one.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and 5 children. It was the perfect setup with 3 levels. The kids loved the theater room and indoor pool. The owner was amazing. I had a few questions during the stay and she responded in 5 minutes or less each time. Highly recommend!
