Owner was very accommodating. Unit might have been the cleanest, most well organized place I’ve stayed in. Western facing patio was nice for morning coffee while bird watching and sunsets. Unit had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent as well. Plenty of restaurant and bar options within walking distance.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described online. The location was great—close to the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. We also appreciated how well equipped the condo was, especially with all the beach gear. Overall, a great place to stay in Hawaii!

I like the beach-bum life, but I also like amenities. This place was the perfect combination. Also, the weather is best here in Southwest Maui ( Kihei) compared to the rest of island. Tons of food shacks. Beach Volley ball games, great view, and ez surfing right outside. One of my favorite parts is the espresso drinks. Hawaiian coffee is the best in the world in my opinion. Every coffee shop was rad.

Very nice place, updated and comfortable beds! I love all the extras - beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, and coolers!! The view was great and the patio was always comfortable! Matt was great with communications!

Ocean view from the lanai, super clean, and very well-maintained. Condo was in an amazing location across the street from the beach and beach park, lots of food options, and a grocery store.Matt was warm, welcoming, and helpful. He provided us with information about accessible beaches that hadn't been washed away from an earlier storm, even without us asking...sending it to us with a pin on google maps, so we had immediate directions..Really thoughtful care taken into providing everything we needed - from a well-stocked kitchen (e.g., good knives, pots, cutting boards), washing pods for the washer, and when I scraped my legs up on some coral, there were bandaids and Neosporin! Beautifully taken care of and we will definitely be back!!

What a great place. Right in the heart of Kihei with walking distance access to great restaurants, food trucks, etc. Right across the street from a surfing spot called the Cove. There’s a surfboard rental place just in front of the condo with some of the nicest people to give you your first Surf lesson or if you’re just looking for a board cause you know how to surf already they got you covered. Just down the street is some of the prettiest beaches with easy access to snorkeling.

Absolutely brilliant home, location and hosts. Literally just across the street from the beach and a great view from the deck of the home. Hosts have thought of literally every last detail for guests and the food, coffee and island culinary delights are just a walk away from the location. Perfect base camp for stays in the Kīhei area and we’ll stay here any time it’s available on our trips to Maui. Five stars in every possible way!!!

Matt truly made us feel right at home during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and communication with him was always prompt. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the beach, and the location was conveniently close to everything within walking distance.

Very nice clean place with great view of the ocean. Lots of extras provided like beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment. Kitchen was well stocked and communication with host was excellent.

This is THE place to stay in Kihei! This condo is in an awesome location next to tons of restaurants, shops, and bars - all within walking distance. The condo itself is immaculately clean, well maintained, and is furnished with everything you could possibly need on your trip. We ran into the host while we were there and he is the nicest guy, who obviously prioritizes the upkeep and cleaning of the unit for his guests.My best friend and I did a girl's trip and it was great that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and that we could walk to places for food and drinks after a day of exploring. We had the best time and I would recommend this unit to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The host is very welcoming. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. The views are beautiful and it's walking distance to anything needed.

Matt and Colleen have a truly wonderful place to come and relax. Very responsive to any questions and the condo was wonderful with amazing view of the ocean. It was also in a great area within walking distance to a lot of activities. Would most definitely stay again!

This condo was AMAZING!! This isn't your average rental property - the location and view speak for themselves, but it's the incredibly thoughtful touches that make it feel like you're staying at your best friend's home while they're away. From the upgraded windows that really effectively block out the noise, to the Greenpan cookware and Pyrex glass food storage, to the incredibly comfy mattresses...everything was the highest quality. Matt and Colleen generously provide lots of essentials like cooking oil and spices, a fresh dish soap and sponge, laundry detergent, cotton balls in the bathroom, etc. that made packing and shopping for our trip super easy. I appreciated the guest book with specific instructions for the AC, how to deal with sand, and tons of recommendations for the area. Speaking of recommendations - when I messaged the owners to ask what type of coffee machine they have in the unit, Matt called me to answer questions and offer tons of tailored ideas for what to eat/see/do based on what we wanted for our vacation. We loved the condo, the area, and our hosts - can't wait to stay again!
