The neighborhood

There is so much to offer in the neighborhood from the iconic Pineapple Willy's to the new 810 Entertainment just across the street. There is even a Waffle House within walking distance.

Other things to note:
The policy of Sunbird Resorts does not allow for rental to parties under the age of 25, at least one member of your party must be 25 and stay in the unit for the duration of the booking.
Our unit is located on the 6th floor of a 12-story building, offering great views and quick elevator access. .

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America. Very nice condo, very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you can think of plus some. Condo was very clean. Most definitely would stay there again.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. Great location on the beach and the view was awesome as well. The cleanliness of the place overall was good. I noticed a few strands of hair here and there, but not enough to complain about. We really don't have any complaints. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. There were plenty of board games for family fun. The host was great and communicated everything regarding our stay very well. We didn't have any issues, so there was no need to contact the hosts other than to thank them for renting their beautiful home to us and that we enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting from them again.

The host was fantastic. The beach view was fabulous. The condo was great. A few things that could be improved would be the amount of towels and wash clothes left for the guests. Our stay was for a week for 2. There should have been 8 towels and 8 wash clothes, not 4. Also the bed is a full size. It should be at least a queen size and the toilet paper should be at least 3-4 rolls, not 2. I have worked in housekeeping for many years. But overall, the place was fabulous and the staff was wonderful. Would I recommend? Absolutely!

These are exactly the reasons we chose this property as our vacation home. We love hosting guests here and appreciate you mentioning the amenities. The condo features a standard queen bed, and we provide four towels to match our maximum occupancy. As a convenience, we provide starter packs of paper products, coffee, and snacks so our guests don't have to rush out to the store the moment they arrive! For longer stays there is a laundry room on site so guests can refresh their linens whenever needed. Thank you again for your feedback. We would love to welcome you back for another visit!

The property is clean and well kept. It was the perfect place for my mom, my granddaughter, and myself to stay for our mini-vacation. I will definitely be back again (hopefully soon). And the weather was PERFECT!

This condo was PERFECT. Not all condos in this building are the same; we had a chance to see a few other condos and felt ours had many nice touches that the others did not, such as a completely updated interior, new just-right mattress, high quality linens, more beach towels than we could have hoped for, and everything we needed in the kitchen to actually cook a real meal. Everything was like new. We were not able to see sunsets from our balcony at this time of year, but could enjoy them from the beach right outside. We were glad we rented a car, some places are walkable but ended up using the car often due to the heat/humidity and to get to non-chain restaurants, boat tours and grocery shopping. There is a walkable Walmart for anything you forgot! Beach was busy but not crazy, it got younger and more active the further west we walked. Having a beach setup included was so nice, it is 50/day for those who don’t have this amenity included. Above all, communication with the owner was excellent. There were concerns about an approaching storm and our owner was on top of letting us know what was happening, what to expect, etc. In the end there were no worries, but felt very secure knowing the owners were watching any storm action on our behalf. We’re from the Midwest, so tropical storms are not second nature to us! Lastly, we wish we would have brought light rain jackets. It rained frequently but was over quickly. Many folks just get wet or head inside, though!

The absolute perfect place for a couple to get away! The condo was very clean and updated. They had everything you could need from a full equipped kitchen to towels, linens, books & games! My husband enjoyed the large TV and we both enjoyed the beautiful view! The beach chairs was a definite plus! We hope we can come back soon!
