Ocean view and access to the pool were superb. The unit is functional but very dated. I would go back again.

This condo was exactly as described! Very clean and comfortable. This was my first vacation to the gulf and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The view from the 4th floor was incredible.

Nice beach view ,large balcony. Room is in need to brought up out of the 80's. Bed is 3 ft high had to buy a stepstool for my wife to get in and out. She's about 5ft2. Sliding door was difficult to open and coffee maker missing parts.

Very basic room, no extras, not even a second trash bag. Dishwasher still had dishes in it from last stay, they were clean. Several cracked floor tiles. Patched walls, not painted. Beautiful view and resort pools and all resort features were great. In desperate need of an upgrade and new decor for the room. Only low straight chairs on balcony and a high table. We made the best of it since we don’t stay in our room much!

Our family had a great time. Both pools were open, even though the listing mentioned the construction and the pool might be closed. View was amazing. Easy access to the beach. Bar and grill on the resort. Everything was in walking distance. Host was great and responded immediately. Staff were so helpful and excellent customer service. We are planning to stay here again for Christmas. Pineapple Willy’s was next door too. Kitchen was stocked, enough towels and extra sheets were provided. Bathtub was huge and we definitely got our use out of it.

Great stay as always

Always enjoy staying at Long Beach Resort. Condos are clean, offer the best views and balconies, and I love the convenience of how you park in font and walk up to to your room. No check in process.

The apartment was great, the view - amazing, the only thing was the renovation that was annoying, everyday - drilling and different noises. Overall it was good, could've been better without that noise.

Overall great

This was a nice condo. The tub/shower combo could be updated but was clean. We only had two washcloths for the four days so I had to wash laundry several times. Washer is super loud so do your laundry long before you try to sleep. Over all this place was great and we would stay again. The pool was absolutely beautiful as well. Loved the poolside bar and grill as well.

PCB at Long Beach

Our stay was Good. The property was OK. The bathroom needs upgrading. The faucet in the tub almost came off. There was a noise coming from the vents that kept us wondering all night. The sunsets were awesome, so we made the best of the Beach!!!

We had several issues that the management team did resolve. The one issue they did not resolve they offered compensation. Communication with the property management team was easy and they were very polite and professional. The view from our room was beautiful.

Hard bed

Super outdated. Resort was nasty. Pools were freezing cold and not heated. Bed was so hard we ended up leaving two days early because we had no sleep. Waste of money.

While the listing does not advertise heated pools, we understand how disappointing this can be, especially during cooler weather. Please note that pool temperature and maintenance are managed by the Homeowner Association and are outside of our control. We recognize that mattress comfort is subjective, but your comments have been shared with the property owner for consideration. As indicated in the listing, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use to refresh towels during your stay. The view says it all! BIG line of sight. Felt like I was right on the beach! Dolphins every morning! Although the room was a little outdated, that didn't take away from my enjoyment. The view from the balcony was awesome, however the condo had many repairs that needed to take place. The balcony doors were almost impossible to open, there were holes in the walls in the bathroom, the cabinets and the baseboards look to have water damage and some of the baseboards were falling off of the wall. While the washing machine worked, it sounded like a jet engine about to take off. Until repairs are made, I will not be staying in the unit again.

Unit felt more like a motel than any other condo at Long Beach we have stayed at. Entire unit is very outdated, noticeable dust, all vents had mold, ceiling tiles in master closet looked they were going to fall in, master bed very firm, pull out bed is lumpy and can feel the springs, couch cushions have stains, only my husband was able to open the balcony door in the master, the tub was dingy, the washing machine was insanely loud, doors & baseboards look like they have been scratched up by dogs or something, with the one in the kitchen looking rotted & coming away from wall, multiple spots in every room of white patchwork or beush strokes from cover-up jobs done with wrong shade of paint. Let management know these details on first day, and sent pictures, when asked how everything was. Told there was a ticket opened for someone to come by. Never heard from them after, and on 5th day, I asked for some kind of discount and had to reach again out 3 days later. Would not stay here again

The condo was very outdated and we had no starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. We had to wash towels and washcloths because we were there for six days and only had four towels total. The faucet on the bathtub was loose and was hard to get it turned to hot so the showers were cold. Had to shake the handle on the toilet to get it to stop running , coffee pot was difficult to use because the words were wore off the buttons and the curtains on the doors looked moldy. These things were made aware and they said they would send someone to fix things but we never heard back and nothing was fixed. The plus side was the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. For the price though, I’ve stayed in much better condos and probably wouldn’t stay in this condo again.
